The hacker only posted 3 comments about the site mentioned in the post... I have NOT used the site and would most certainly not now as my account got compromised to advertise for this dodgy looking site.

If so, do you use that password elsewhere, and is it a strong password? If so, was 2FA enabled? If you're using a password manager, they're often at least able to tell you where else you've used the password if you do re-use passwords. Obviously, if you use the password anywhere else, you should change them and enable 2FA if available. Then you can let us know which sites... if I read you right.
