If you choose wiseley, im sure u can make more profit with daytrading. However, if you choose poorly you can also lose alot more money. So i prefer to believe in waves platform instead of daytrading. If you want fast cash and can stand losses, go with daytrading.

Wish you the best of luck!

that should be the mentality that we have if we are planning investing with real platform project waves is one of those promising coins which possibly go to the moon after several months or years if you trust this coin better to hold and keep your coin but if you think that you will able to analyze well you can also try to buy low and sell high daytrading style.

Waves coin has a very stable market holding huge volume of btc in daily trade in almost all exchanges.
It has also increased its value in btc market by increasing its price attracting other users also.

Crypto market is volatile in nature. It's normal. Waves is not a pump and dump coin. It has a good platform and I believe 2018 will be a good year for waves. Just hodl your coin and be patient. Something great is coming.

I'm very happy I got in on WAVES finally. Weeks back at $5 I set buy orders at $3.90 but had to remove them to use the coins for a quick loan to myself. Yesterday, however, I was able to return the coins and was pleasantly surprised to see WAVES at $2.95. I immediately a sell offer for 100 WAVES. Today, they're already up almost 10%. I'm not going to sell of course, this was always going to be my first choice alt post June. It's a great platform and yes, I'm also confused as to why the recent good news (as opposed to hype) hasn't helped the price. But 2018, my friends!

Congratulations!! Nice to see another smart investor coming on board. Even if you would have come in at 3,90 it would have been a great deal as well. I got in at an average of about 115k satoshis so now it's still a good time to buy some more. But I already invested nearly my whole money for this month. Just have a little bit left just in case. I see a big pump in near future (maybe nov/dec) and after this a healthy bottom between 150k - 200k ... It depends when they are going to implement anonymous order books, lite clients, side chains and lightning networks.
Because this coin is hard to predict I will sell the half after it pumps so I am having the others free and never have to worry. When it finds it's bottom again then I will buy more. Waves has a bright future ahead.

Yeah don't worry about the price of the coin as it is now,

Over the next year there are several major improvements that are coming out and being developed, including smart contracts, a new DEX model and new partnerships.

The coin will then increase rapidly after that.

Look at NEO, currently has nothing on its blockchain but valued at 20 dollars which is crazy, waves is much better currently.

Dont be dismayed my friends every coins needs to accelerate inorder to soar very high. I am also a Waves holder. Just try to look at Waves chart you should see that Waves is creating a double bottom formation. Waves is a buy.

I will just assume the OP is joking or being sarcastic. The fact alone that WAVES have been pretty steady during this crash is a testament to it's strength. Once the market fully rebounds, WAVES are going to reach a new ATH. I have nothing but hope for WAVES. Of all the coins I hold, I expect the most out of WAVES. I believe it is legitimately one of the best platforms out there. WAVES have a truly great future ahead of them. HODL & accumulate more.

Because there are too many bagholders for Waves. Speculators don't want to touch it now. It made huge raise back in May, for now you need to wait. It won't do another rally in such a short term.

No one can explain but if you just hold your waves coin for sure in a few years it'll pump up or you'll profit from it, right now I think it's having a hard time to regain back because of these negative news that's dragging most of the coins down.

I don't know why the price has tanked other than it being a coin that offers no advantage over the myriad other coins that are flooding the market.  In other words, it does nothing special and people aren't using it or buying it.  I recall there was a ton of hype about it when it got released, but it's fizzled ever since.  This is going to be the fate of 99.99% of shitcoins in the future IMO.  If there's no buy orders, it's gonna tank.

Can anyone come up with a reason why WAVES should be a coin worth buying?  I mean a logical, objective reason, not emotional hope/masturbation.

At the moment there are some complaints about the DEX, but that is a real feature. Not unique, but that doesn't exist everywhere. It's not unreasonable to speculate decentralised trading solutions will gain popularity in the future

In addition, I believe it's one of the easiest platforms to create tokens - which should increase the likelihood of businesses outside crypto to dabble in it.

Granted, it is not obvious whether these types of features are enough for it to be worth investing compared to other coins - which atm is the real choice. It's not enough to be a nice coin with lots of plans, it needs to attract money in competition with all the other ones.

Finally, I believe there are two types of fizzle. It's a project that I think hasn't fizzled at all regarding the development of the platform, merely among the investors. Which may change in a heartbeat (or not).

All altcoin is experiencing a decline, this is due to a variety of issues that develop at this time.
If bitcoin is depressed then all altcoin will experience it.
just suggest to be patient and hold for a few weeks.
I am in the same position as you.  ::)

WAVES has been in a sideways triangle pattern between $2 and $7 since its June highs.
Once it breaks above  $6, it should go to $10 - $20 easily. Just need to hold it for some time.

yes by holding Waves within 1 year of course can already see the benefits gained because the wave has the potential to continue to increase along with progress that continues to grow even some ICO using their platform in the project.

As seeing all articles about waves it has a good future because it is the same as Ripple and look at Ripple it became the third most valuable coin for working with banks, but at the same time these cryptos are very risky to invest in.

What do you mean no support at all? Waves has a big solid followers behind them. You see, you mentioned about good news and Burger King in the process of creating Whopper Coins which are based on Waves. These are signs of having solid supporters.

in my opinion waves one of the coins that has good potential for some projects make payments with waves based platforms, and currently I still hold the waves to be sold when the price goes back up  :)
