We, the team behind #LitigationToken Project (http://litigation-token.com), are the founders of one of the first public-listed Bitcoin companies in Canada and Germany - BitRush Corp. (http://bitrush.com) We have been part of the Bitcoin party since 2013, founded the faucet site PinkTussy, acquired the bitcoin-based ad brokerage site AdBit, co-founded one of the first Bitcoin lottery sites and some other projects. In a Joint Venture with a U.S. VISA partner, we issued a Bitcoin-based debit card and invested into blockchain gaming projects.

It was hard work and much fun. We did the public listing in Toronto on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) (http://thecse.com/en/listings/technology/bitrush-corp) and the Frankfurt Exchange (http://www.finanzen.at/aktien/bitrush_1-aktie) in 2015 with many problems. Back then bitcoin was regarded as a scam, you remember. Nevertheless, we negotiated with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the authorities in Germany. And we finally made it.

Unfortunately, after we did our job a group of hostile investors from Slovakia and Singapore literally started a war against us, the founders. They wanted to have us out, commenced legal procedures in Toronto and wanted the court to expropriate us. With pockets full of money they mandated the best lawyers in Toronto to get our shares for nothing. On the other hand, they deleted their websites and LinkedIn accounts. They vanished into thin air and have not been available for us or our lawyers and the courts. This situation nearly brought us down, and they acted like snipers.

LitigationToken and Litigation Finance was our answer. We spoke with lawyers from different jurisdictions and decided to apply to the cryptocurrency community to support us. Our LitigationToken (ERC20 and WordPress) is our means to finance our litigations and to develop a community that protects other startups from those threats. But don't worry, it's not only about us and protection. Litigation Finance is a highly profitable business, we learned.

I will never cease to be stunned by the audacity of some people scammers when it comes to obtaining money by launching an ICO.

So, BitRush Corp. was attacked by some person or persons unknown, who have now disappeared like the wind and cannot be found by either you or your lawyers?

And you want to use MY money to pursue litigation against these individuals who cannot be found? What realm of madness do you live in?!?!?

Hmm, I think perhaps you didn't read the OP, or you may have posted in the wrong thread, because this ICO will NOT make you a better trader, there is NO bounty campaign, and NO Slack channel either.

It's a scam, as you can see if you click the link provided in my previous post.

The only other logical conclusion would be that you are deliberately shilling for a scam, and I'm sure that's not something you wish to do.

nice project but the info about token sale is too little. no information about tokensale period and the price of this token.

Behave yourself you clown, I do this for a living. If THEY started a war and YOU are innocent, THEY will have NO EVIDENCE, so YOU will be exonerated. No need for any funds from anyone here! Are you really that dim, or do you just think we are? Hmm? Where is YOUR evidence against THEM? Hmm? Like, documentation and stuff? You have any? Or is a self-penned blog or website all you have?

Dear fellow forum member. Neither am I a clown nor a moron. I much appreciate your efforts to keep scams away but please show some respect. I have not asked you or any other member here for your money! I introduced a project which you may like or not.

And yes, of course, we do have tons of evidence for our claim otherwise we wouldn't be here. As you do your scam hunting for a living please simply take a professional approach and read through the documents to download (http://bitrush-shareholders.com/documents-to-download).

Right, so you DO have some evidence then. OK. Do you not think this unpleasantness could have been avoided if you had provided the link to those documents in your OP, or in your first reply to me? Or if those documents could actually be viewed at the links provided in your OP or your first reply?

And yes, you have asked for money in your OP. You state that you will use funds raised via this ICO to pursue your legal challenge against people who vanished into thin air, and who are apparently unavailable for prosecution. So when Google reveals that these people have not disappeared, but are in fact pursuing you through the courts, what am I naturally going to think? Hmm?

I might be interested though. You will have to clarify exactly how much money from the ICO will be used to fund your litigation, and how providing you with those funds will benefit us. Also what level of protection (if any) is provided for us as investors, owing to the fact that BitRush shareholders and legal professionals are to receive a 50% discount for this ICO. If you can do that, I'll stop using the bad words. I might also throw some money at this, and I may even help you.  

Hi guys, I am also working on the Litigation Token project. We did the project based on our experience in the digital economy world: startups have a lot of legal issues to fight against. During hype periods they have to fight against bully investors like BitRush. When everything is depressed they have to fight against investors questioning where has the money gone. As I am a CPA focussing on start-ups during the past 15 years, I am well aware about all these issues. BitRush shows how rude and pushy Investors - who want to get the majority without paying money - can be against founders. Noone can imagine how frustrating litigation can be for entrepreneurs being normally focused on setting up companies and being positive and creative.
