I have looked to see if there was a thread on RAIN in this section and there isn't so I thought I would start one as RAIN is now starting to take off. In my opinion this is the best POS/staking coin on the market today. Its different then most of pos coins where the rewards are random so people could earn a small amount one day and a big amount another day. There is a lot of buzz around this coin and there are talks that the dev might be implementing masternodes in the near future which will make the price go up even more. I think this is a 10k sats coin and is still cheap in my opinion.

People are free to share their opinions on Condensate (RAIN) and where they think the price will be in a year from now.

I have to agree with you. What you say is true. RAIN is just so amazing. This is one of the best coins that I'm staking now. I'm just so glad that I started accumulating RAIN when it was very cheap. And today, I could earn a very large amount if I'm going to sell. But no, though the price is higher, I suggest we HODL, for RAIN deserves a higher value. A year from now, the price could go 100x or more. I love staking this coin. It's so wonderful I never get tired describing how great to stake this lovely coin. I'm just so in love with RAIN. hahaha ;D

I see for the price of this coin is still very cheap, $ 0.1 or 2k satosi.
I think investors are less interested because this altcoin just entered some exchangers.
Do you think RAIN in the future will enter bittrex and poloniex?

maybe it has a future... right now the main thing diving the price is the PoS mining, which is very profitable.
or maybe it will be just another pump and dump shitcoin, like posw

It has been said already but the staking rewards are great. RAIN is really the best POS coin.

RAIN should cost a minimum $1 and marketcap of $100 mil  :D

$ 0.5 is already a very good goal for RAIN.

I'm holding some Rain and it does give good returns every couple of days. Even if the price would go to $0,5 right now I'm not sure I would sell, staking is just so profitable

It is not really fixed but may vary from day to day, and it may vary depending on how many coins you have in your wallet and network at that time.
Indicatively it is about 0.5% per day!

I'm sure the dev is aware of this and will do something about it in the near future. I think it could be a little longer then a year but when the time comes we shall see what happens. I'll be holding my RAIN for the long term as I can see this going to 10k sats some time this year.

That could happen, 10k is not imposssible at all. It's hard to get Rain at a good price, nobody staking wants to sell. I was thinking about it in the last days, but then I checked my staking laptop and saw I just got a bunch of RAIN again and I changed my mind :)

developer team is aware of this and will do something for sure. nobody wants to sell rain in his possession and keeps it. i keep it at my disposal and i think it will rise by one dollar at the end of the year.

this may seem like a bit of an astonishing claim, but it's not impossible if the rain goes at this speed! most of them loved it and the supporter is growing.

You get coins for holding them in your wallet. As far as I understand the time and amount to get those returns depends on how many coins you hold.

As far as I know they want to build IoT devices for meterological research.

The PoS rewards are awesome. I stake 1.000 RAINs every day. Really crazy.

Currently the Pos of Rain system is one of the most innovative and profitable ones. It is not fixed but varies according to the weight of your net and your coins in the portfolio, however it is about 0.5% for day, with a return of 200% for annum if we consider compound interests.
When Rain is listed in other exchanges then its price will come safely to $ 1 and much more!
