Just because I don't want my funds held up in escrow and possibly getting screwed doesn't make me a possible scammer... EVERYONES a possible scammer. I am giving my customers fair and safe options for BOTH sides. A contract is worthless if it can't be enforced. If you're not willing to do escrow then you'd be better off selling on eBay and taking your chances with paypal and fraud payments.
Here everyone is going to expect escrow as we have plenty of tried and true escrow providers.
