seems like it was an old account, he wear an avatar when he created that account many years ago. i don't know exactly what is the old rules, but i am sure one of those rules allow us to set an avatar even though they did not reach rank member yet or more. so if you're encountered something like that don't be surprise because it's an old account for now you must reach FULL MEMBER account to wear an avatar, to prevent bounty spammer i think,because you can find many bounty offering an avatar campaign Title: Re: Avatar Post by: BobBct on August 25, 2017, 08:17:36 AM You cant add an avatar because the minimum of the avatar is a full member, you need to rank up for 120 days to be one.

Base on I experienced you need to actually post topics or replys that must be consist of 2 sentence to make it a good activity but if you make a topic make sure someone will reply so it could be added to your activity. Here dont post words or a minimum of one sentence thas what I have experienced here.
