Title: New token type with x20 buyback [SNTR] - notary Ethereum-based chatbot. Post by: Sythyn on August 24, 2017, 08:32:49 AM Dear cryptoinvestors!
We just launched a new project https://silentnotary.com. This is a world's first notary chatbot. You can notarize everything - just send it during the chat to your notary chatbot )) Here is a discussion about the product: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2026645.0 We propose to discuss a new features which we developed in SilentNotary project: 1. We issue an application token (the demo is already works), which provides services in the real sector and earns USD. 2. The token sales starts with a great discount (only 1/20 of its final value). We think that this is an adequate level for venture investments. 3. The token's smart contract AUTOMATICALLY sends to the owners of the tokens a part of the revenue and redeems the tokens at a rate of 20 times from the initial price on the token sale. 4. Payments to the Bounty participants are made in ETH, not in tokens, so there is no rapid sale of the tokens after listing. 5. The price of tokens during the ICO is growing - each transaction leads to a slight price increase. Thus, ICO becomes the method of project evaluation. 6. The token is an application token, not a security (in SEC terms). The benefits for the investors: 1. Hedging position in ETH. In the case of ETH falls, the investors will still make a profit. The revenue of the project is formed in fiat currencies. 2. After listing on the stock exchange there will be no price drop caused by the "bounty effect", because the payments to bounty members goes in ETH. At the moment, SNTR is issued with discount of 95% of the value of the buyback. The price of the token during the ICO is slightly growing, depending on the sold amount. At the moment, the third day of ICO is coming and the current target is about 1500%. Security: 1. The last explanation of the SEC was taken into account, the tokens is not a securities. 2. Use of public Escrow. (The escrow has more than 20 years' experience in the financial industry, in the public debt financing market). Since here is a lot of experienced cryptoinvestors, it is important to get a professional opinion! We are developing next legaltech product so we really need your feedback! What do you think about such kind of tokens? Is it interesting for you? is it an adequate economic model? Title: Re: New token type with 2000% buyback [SNTR] - notary Ethereum-based chatbot.
