Our reasons to sell:
We want to give our full dedication (e.g. time & money) to other projects than rollin.io;
Due to the other projects we have, we cannot afford to risk our current bankroll with high rollers;
We are currently limited in our resources such as time, employees and money to make the casino prosper any further than it does right now. So we want to find someone with sincere intentions and larger resources to make this happen. What you get:
•   The full website: code, domain, all social media accounts, directories, forum accounts, current goodwill and all daily stats from the past year (bookkeeping);
•   Two months of service: If any problems occur while implementing the site to your needs we can help you up to 10 hours a week through skype. We do have to add that we ask an additional payment of $100 for every hour of overtime when the two months of service are over.
Growth possibilities:
•   Profit per bet:  The current max profit per bet is ~3 BTC. The higher your bankroll is the more max profit per bet a player can get. For some (high roller) players the max profit per bet is too low so there are serious growth possibilities if a higher bankroll can be provided;
•   The rollin.io community:  Rollin.io is not just a BTC casino it is also an active community where people come together to talk in the chat box on the website. We currently try to manage the community on just the website. There are also possibilities to expand this community by spending more time on social media (facebook/twitter etc.) which we have not done enough yet;
•   (Online-)Marketing: As stated in the reason to sell rollin.io we have also a lot of other projects we arex working on. This means there are a lot of expanding possibilities we have not yet achieved. When more funding/attention is to be spent on (online-)marketing it is possible to largely increase the rollin.io user base and thus the profit.

•   We handle an opening bid of:  $350,000 with a raise of $10,000. Other than the bids we accept BTC only as a currency for the actual transaction. Only reply if you are sincerely interested;
•   There is a possibility to do the transaction in real life. With a deposit of $25,000 we are able to provide advanced site statistics (profit/cost ratio);

Do you have proof of this? Valid proof would consist of a server seed + client seed that doesn't work out to the correct roll.  Post a bet ID.

Very high price for such a cheap looking website, you better have huge traffic otherwise its nowhere near your price.

Its sad seeing as the Bitcoin is going up , major old reputed projects are shutting down, Directbet.eu, Bitmixer and now Rollin.io , i wish rollin team a huge success in other fields.

The site's legit and if you have the capital you're a dummy for overlooking this opportunity.

Bitmixer said that they shut down on their own accord (although whether it's true or not is impossible for us to know). Rollin.io is just for sale. That's completely different. Just because a business is for sale it doesn't mean it's closing down or not profitable.

Will need major bankroll to run this site - Why not try and reduce your price since its an "auction", if you guys are actually trying to sell the site off? Better to receive something than nothing, no?

It seems like a fair price but someone would need  a few million in bitcoin to cover max win of 3btc bets. 

it seems their auction fails as the site admin have decided to shut down rollin.io

i am very surprised they are trying to sell their site here. rollin was very big dice game how is that possible for those amount. they were earning daily basis.

There could be multiple reasons there like what the admin and seems like primedice is interested in rollin so far.
I doubt if they sell it will be in public most of the time these decisions are not done in public.
