So the best advice that I can give to you right now is not to trade. The markets are wild these days and you can get rekt if you make 1 bad decision. The best thing yo u can do getting started is just to do research, buy and hold. Holding on to investments can be a lot more profitable down the road. The best thing is to just forget about it and harvest profits later.

Its not actually a wise recommendation but somehow do have a caution since you are right market nowadays is wild but i can say that its wild since on its first days knowing all coins are volatile and if someone decided to engage on trading on the very first time then it isnt bad since he can anytime to make trades on demo without risking money which is really a good way to train yourself along with self learnings because all of informations are all in the internet actually.

Which coins exchange is the best choice for begginer trader??

I suggest these ones:
Cryptopia, Bittrex, Bleutrade. More exchanges are avaiable, but these 3 are the main ones I use. Please stay away from Poloniex, as they constantly have problems and their customer support often completely ignores people.

I suggest you to make accounts on multiple exchanges to look for the best deals. Cryptopia's arbitrage page is very useful to look for the best buying/selling opportunities. Sometimes you can even make some money from just buying at 1 place and quickly selling at another...
Therefore, I suggest these 3.

there're no the best coin for beginner nor expert,
everything is based on your luck, speculation, strategy and financial.
but,for beginner i advice you to not doing any trade for a low liquidty coins,
do you know what is it ? if you don't know look at this*
because most of them are pump and dump coin, even some of them not like that, but more likely the price has been surpressed by whales so it'll take a long time to get a pump.
just trade top 10 cryptos and never hold it for more than 1 days if you can not hold it for a month or more.

and the better exchanger so far Bittrex.
there're no BEST exchanger, because they can not guarantee your money 100%

*low liquidty coin : in general low liquidity mean is when we make a sell and buy that time, the price will not have a big change.
that mean total coin that traded that time not really high and usually the price is going down.

The first exchange I made as training ground is the c-cex since its very easy to understand their format and searching for great traded coins have been highlighted to there site so maybe it is the best site that you could try, but before doing some trades there you must familiarize the site itself and became informative on the coins listed there so that a possible  earnings will strike on you.

Your first choice must be NEO, the coin is not yet pumped so much. Other good coins $PTOY $QTUM, $TIME, $GAS, $STRAT $UBQ and more.

There is nothing the matter with trading now and at any other time, so long as one is knowledgeable enough and has some trading skills. As a matter of fact, more profits are easily made in a volatile market than a stagnant one and in the course of trading, you're in effect hodling your coins, which would most likely fetch better returns.

I am doing most of trading at Bittrex, because  it gives me the best charting features among the few stable exchanges.

Bittrex will be the best. Always try to choose a good coin (NEO, WAVE) and Hold it at least 6-12 months, as patience is required in crypto trading. You may use the following tips:
Tip 1. Never invest everything at one go. Do it in 3-4 parts.
Tip 2: Crypto is volatile. Even 60 percent fall should not bother.

As a beginner in trading its good to have a small investment to learn much about it. At the early days of being a trader it's good to focus on btc/USD trading rather than focusing on btc/altcoins trading which is pretty hard to make closer predictions.

all I can say for a newbie like you who will go into exchange site platform is Good luck!
Doing trade as of the moment are very risky, all you can do for now I think is to observe the move of the coins value in the market. Then how the traders move when the value also react.

Almost every trading platform is good for small/beginner traders but I prefer poloniex because they have really low withdrawal fee so you will not loss much when moving in and out your coin from the exchange.

Also they only list top trading coins so as a newbie trader you will not get stucked holding shit coins.

Mostly other are trading in poloniex i dont think if yobit still exist and legit but i was started yobit before when i was beginners and i seen there are still active there and i think you can try there you can see almost new altcoin there but mostly a scam coins..
Cryptopia is also good trading site where i think it is one of the good and secured trading site where i started to trade with CBX before..

So for now like other said that almost all are good to use but i recommend to go in poloniex but first you need to secured your account enable the 2fa authentication so that your account are safe.. as beginners they are always forgot this to secured their account..

You can try any of the following;
yobit.net
bittrex.com
poloniex.com
coinexchange.io
cryptopia.co.nz
tidex
liqui

There are many other bitcoin/altcoin exchange but search for review before trying them out.

I used poloniex, liqui, crptopia and bittrex so far. All of them are trusted and they have smooth transactions. But poloniex has some technical or ecnomical problems, be advised.

Never use yobit thing, it's not secure.

Start with small amounts at the beginning, try to understand the system first.

I prefer Poloniex, Bittrex and Bitfinex. I've also used Kraken, Gemini and GDax and they are fairly good as well.

I recommend you to use a popular exchange with a lot of volume. You can find the full list here: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

You might be thought the liqui, bittrex and poloniex. Polo already working smoothly right now, But if you ever heard about the binance exchange and you must never use it. But liqui is preferable in my opinion for the newbies trader because the liqui offers the cheap token price rather than another sites.

It is so tough to trade as a bigginer.first you need to research about crypto currency market. Then you should try to trade. You want to know about best exchange so i reccomand you to use bittrex or poloniex. when you understand about crypto then you will find more exchange. such as liqui, bitfinex, kraken etc.

As a beginner honestly i just started with small amount before i become to be good trader i experience first of loses  before i can make a good profit in trading.. For a starter i think poloniex is enough to trade with altcoin but there are only limited altcoin to choose so if you want to learn widely better to check other exchange site just look in the https://coinmarketcap.com and choose an altcoin which you want to trade after you click you can see the statistic of the altcoin and you can click the market where you can see all trading site that you can trade with..
But first just choose an exchange site which is well know and you can relay here in this thread.

Binance is fine  ??? I don't know why he suggested that you don't use it. Binance is good especially when trading NEO, since NEO withdrawals on Binance has less fees compared to Bittrex's fees, thought I dont like Binance's user interface that much compared to bittrex's. I'd go with Bittrex Binance Bitfinex and other exchanges that has other less-known cryptocurrencies. Basically almost anything except Poloniex. Poloniex always has been working smoothly. The problem is just on withdrawals being disabled and their shitty customer support (months of no replies).

His question was not "What is the best coin", but "What is the best exchange". And there can be a best exchanger. If 1 exchange guarantees your money 50% and the other 30%, the one offering 50% is obviously the best.
I understand that you want to make money from your posting by participating in signature campaigns. So do I!
But I atleast read posts and try to answer them in a way that would help them.
I hope you could try the same?

for me the best exchange right now is bittrex
altcoin market right now is not so good , many coin on bearish trend and everyday is red day
i suggest you not doing daytrading right now atleast until the trend has reversed.
best method would be choosing altcoin that has potential and hodl for minimum of 1 month , you'll see you got easier profit these way.
good luck

If you don't have any experience of trading then I would suggest you go with the USD/BTC trade initially (or any fiat currency/BTC) because you will have to face less volatility on a single side.

Please understand that trading in crypto currency is a wild market in terms of price fluctuations and thus it gives many opportunities every single day. However, you should be able to handle your risk and portfolio to encash those opportunities. Even 10% fall in price in the market (which is very normal in cryptocurrency prices) would cause you 20% loss if you are trading in crypto pairs and hence initially I would suggest you to go with fiat currency/crypto currency and I think the first one should be USD/BTC.

While talking about the exchange, I would prefer Localbitcoins because you can offer multiple payment options which increase the chances of more trades and since you can easily put 10% to 20%/30% margin in such trades, you can earn handsome profits.

P.S- This is my personal opinion, please do your own research before taking any decision.

This is the thing i did when i was just starting on trading world on which i did try to make it large on the small bankroll do i have on doing trading until i gradually get the fundamentals and the important things that should be learned on trading. Its not really easy and it would really takes lots of trials and error for you to get the right ways on making profitable trades. First time i was trading on c-cex and later on i use bittrex.

I disagree. If you look at the growth of bitcoin this year and the previous year you can see that this year has been insane. The markets are wild but now they're wilder than ever. Trading isn't as easy as people portray, you can get lucky every now and then but in the end if you're getting started you're just gambling the price will go up. It's much better to buy and hold so you gain some experience first before jumping right in.

Well if you are newbie in trading, i suggest you to start trading right now, most altcoins are having a great day, most of them are in green, and the cheapest ones are in red.
So take a look at the market and choose a coin and start trading, it is so easy, you dont need to learn too much since cryptotrading is not the same as forex, it is much easier.

Yes skills and knowledge are very important for trading and if you want to make money with trading then you have to be expert. Well you said budget is also important but I think budget is not that much important, all you need is a sufficient amount of bitcoin that you can easily be recover when you loss, do not put all you bitcoin in trading, I could result in worse. But if those are more expert in trading it depend on them to put all or not.

No one could have said it any better because a jump in into trading will come with bad experience without having to learn a lot first. With all my number of days that I have been on the forum and still reading, I have still unable to sum up courage to go fully into trading simply because of the fact that I still feel there is still a lot to learn in this ever dynamic industry which is not any where ending on that.

I think a much better and safer way to trade altcoins would be to rule out all those below the first 10 most capitalized coins. That would ensue the availability of enough liquidity, which is something the market requires to be flexible and profitable. That said, then the right coin(s) to buy any day would be any of the above 10 altcoins, whose price have fallen by no less than 10% in preceding days. Simply buy and Hodl, things get better from there!

A safer approach would be to buy perhaps half or one-third quantity of the coin(s) and await further drop in price to buy more.

Which coins exchange is the best choice for begginer trader??

First of all i encourage you to join signature campaigns because its the best way of earning bitcoins rather than jumping into trading and its very risky. Next thing is that if your'e really into trading then start searching about crypto-currency learn the terminologies like pumping and dumping then start looking for the charts. Then try to read other thread here so you will learn from experience of other traders.

I can recommend you Bittrex so far so good. I am using it since i started my trading with a small amount you could actually start trading and investing.
If you are just making decision for the best exchanger as beginner, I would surely suggest you Bittrex. It is quite amazing to experience it as newcomer in trading. You would be getting all the useful information clearly explained to you, better interaction you can make with other traders and bitcoins.

Which coins exchange is the best choice for begginer trader??
You can try out on practicing on Yobit.net since they do have lots of cheap coins which only cost 1-2 digit satoshis but better be wise on selecting on coins because most coins on that place are being dumped hard already and might not to pump again. This is the place i can think off since there are lots of choices of coins and also you can try out on c-cex too.

You should try a user friendly interface like Bittrex or Poloniex because some exchanges are not user friendly and causes confusion to traders who just starting on this field. Yobit is a bit complicated. So i don't recommend Yobit to use. There's too much shitcoins on that exchange. Poloniex is good since the available altcoins there are quality coins. Which means the chances of profit is good.

Yeah I agree to you. You must not go and trade immediately because you are still newbie in trading. I agree to you that the best way that all the newbie can do is make a research first about trading.

I have used Poloniex and Bittrex exchanges. Both are legit and are user friendly.Poloniex is a very big exchange. If you need access to more newly released coins, then you  can try Bittrex as new coins are listed there in large numbers.More over, withdrawal fee is also just 0.0001 btc in poloniex unlike other exchanges.I think is not recommendable as it is said that it lists mostly scam coins.

IMO. Poloniex and Bittrex are simple to use for new trader. I suggest you do research and watch the market for sometimes before starting to trade.
Bittrex is amazing for the newcomers in trade. Reason is the better interactive environment they gives to clients. The easy operating of business in there. Newbies could be panic to see some huge complications at once in start so Bittrex is better to make you feel easy with that. But still before getting into exchangers, you must learn how to trade and if and buts of it too.

I think poloniex has the best UI for the beginner. It is easy to understand what is going on. After having some experience you can try other exchanges like bittrex.
For beginners, I recommend using Bittrex. Poloniex is too dangerous. Some people have left the polniex and it is very disappointing. The best place is bittrex, there you are more relaxed and calm. The movement of coins is very easy to read.
How do you think if bittrex is compared to hitbtc, who is better ..?
I have not tried bittrex and for me its still a beginner i chose to use hitbtc because i think hitbtc is easy to use
HitBTC is safe, but I have a bad experience. I am sending ETH to another wallet until now unconfirmed.
I am not alone, after I see in this case forum many happen to other traders. So far I'm still waiting for my coins back. Better bittrex.

Agreed, be prepared but I say — trade!

Best opportunity to enter the market is now. I started in july, made 50% in one month. OP, Good luck and have fun!

Doing research before trading is the best move to make if you are just a newbie trader because it will help you to get all the basic information that you want to clarify things and to know if the coin is a good coin to put some money or not. When i was a newbie trader, all i do is research and i can say that it is very effective and it helped me to make trading profitable.

That’s pretty courageous that you did not give up on trading rather took it as a challenge and learned in detail about it. That’s great if you are earning profits now. It is sagacious if you are testing your trading strategies with small amounts. One day you will be among the best traders. Good luck!

That is what i always tell to my friends who are just starting in trading, i told them to buy when there is a lot of blood in the market and just keep holding it until the charts go green and if the charts are still red then it is the best opportunity to find strategies and tips that can give them chance to make more profits rather than by just holding.

Trump

Poloniex is one of the best exchange before but they are been facing for some controversy and this could make me feel worried, thats why I'm trading on multiple exchange so that I will not been caught badly if Poloniex will implement a hard run to there exchange.

Bittrex and cryptopia is one of good sites to trade on since they've got an impressive volume of high rollers in their trades.

I can whole heartedly advice you if you want to choose a cryptocurrency to trade, you must need to do soke reasearches about different crypto so that you can decide where to invest and trade and pick the best you think. Theres so many cheap cryptos but maybe they will gradually become expensive. But bitcoin is good if you like.

I am also trading with all the exchanges you have mentioned and honestly I'm not finding any big differences between them. The only case I am preferring one particular exchange must be, based on availability of one trading pair. Other than this, almost all reputed exchanges are good for any beginner.

But for a high volume trader, it will be a good practice to choose an exchanger based on fees and daily withdraw/deposit limits. Hence for the beginners they can go with any reputed exchange.

Choosing coin exchange should be personal collection. There are many exchanged but every exchange has its own collection of coins which they accept and let you trade there. So if you have one coin which is listed in the another exchanger where you don't have account then you will have to go for that exchanger. This will happen with you for sure when you start investing money into different coins. So it's better you sign up for the all available exchangers and use them as an when required. There are top exchangers which you can see at coinmarketcap.com and choose as per your coins.

And next if you don't know anything about trading then don't even try to learn. Because now if you start you will face a lot of problems and I don't think think you can face that

As beginner trader in this industry, you need to be more careful in doing trade in the platform. Be more observant inside the exchange site platform, observe the the movement of the traders over there, also the price in the chart. How they react if the value move up or down.

Don't ask suggestions of any altcoin here because you might lose instead of gaining. Do your own research and check their announcement threads so you won't feel any hesitations buying the coin.

i will refer to youbittrex because it is more secured for me rather than poloniex because poloniex is one of the famous but it is still experiencing some lag and that is an indication that their team is not working to solve those issues and they are also having some cyber attacks .
