1. Move your funds (BTC) to Poloniex. 2. Install ElectronCash and use Electrum seed on it, you will get your BCH 3. Send your BCH to Poloniex. If you don't have it, then install Coinomi in your android device (and add BitcoinCash), export the private keys from Electrum of the addresses that actually has funds and import them (scan them) using Coinomi, BCH will get added to your balance.
