Im not saying its not a scam, but a 6950 does do close to that. and a 6990 will do 750+.
Just pointing it out.

THis is a scam.

Its a $244.00 card and your opening bid minimum is $250.00 PLUS and extra $10 bucks for shipping.

plus there is absolutely no way that card will do 400/mhs

you are thinking of the 6990, which might come close to 400/mhs if you overclock, and the 6990 is a $750 card.

this one is fine for games but its trash for mhs gpu mining.

even if using it for games its overpriced from the first bid and still a rip off.

actually its a 250$ card. 10$ to cover my shipping costs. Plus it comes with a free copy of dirt 3.

In addition, you're an idiot cause this card does reach 400mhs.

highest logged for the 6950 is 432mhs

but there, I LOWERED THE PRICE TO 240 with 275 buy it now!

Actually this specific card won't reach, can't unlock shaders on XFX 1gb. The flash is locked.

So this is a scam. He bought it off tiger for 250, then took $30 rebate and trying to sell an unlockable card.

Not talking about that the heatsink is crap, at stock frequencies and 100% fan the card runs at 80c.

please do your research before you make false claims and try to paint this as a scam.

im selling a BRAND NEW CARD STILL IN THE SHRINKWRAPPED BOX.

In addition, if you decide not to unlock your shaders:

6950    349    1.745(?)    200(?)    800    1408    -    PCI-E 2.1 x16    guiminer/poclbm 05-21-11    -v -f30 -w128, xfx 6950 xxx 1gb, locked shaders, core 900, mem 650, 79° C

you can still get atleast 350Mhs out of it.

XFX is offering FREE Dirt 3 to anyone who registers a HD 6950 by 6/30

I JUST bought this card but I cant afford it. I did the rebate the minute I got it so I can't return it anymore.

learn to read - Item location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Why would someone from the US be buying from the UK? The cards are more expensive here - what you save in VAT you only end up paying for in international shipping. Also many mid to high end cards get bundled with free games. The promotions are run by the card manufacturers in conjunction with the game devs, not the sites.

Everyone's complaining of everything being sold out in the US :P
