Basically I put my bitcoins in an exchange (bittrex) which said that it supports bitcoin cash and automatically I got the same amount of bitcoins I had in BCH. I was then able to trade them or withdraw them do anything. Just basically free money. If you have balance on your address before 1 aug, you can still claim it. But if you have it after 1 aug you cant claim it.
