Is there anyone knows which way to contact Hashnest.com support that is active?
Is Hashnest.com be a scam?  :-[

They never replied my support tickets and hours have been passed but my first and small Bitcoin withdrawal is still 0 confirmation.

so far they are a reputable company and service,but their costumer service is terrible not only terrible but very very terrible.
(you can search in here many people complained about their costumer services)
just try to contact him and try to send a ticket again,
keep doing this for a week,many people have same problem like you.
but after doing this continiously,they're repliying it.who knows what will happen if you do this again and again right ?
at least try to reach him by PM and Ticket.

For me its not recommend to invest in those cloud mining even they are connected in bitmain there is possibility that cloud mining site can be scam.
Because almost cloud mining site are scam they are turn into scam in the end base in what i experience and most experience of other bitcoin holders..
If you really want to make a good income or invest with less risk better to buy your machine to mine bitcoin..
Or for alter native make your own rig and start mining altcoin that you can sell your mined bitcoin into bitcoin..
If they reply and fix your issue better to withdraw them all and invest to other or use the bitcoin and sell it if the price is high and and buy bitcoin if the price is low so that you can make a good profit if the price is increased.
The more you buy bitcoin the more you can make profit because the movement of the price of bitcoin are increasing..

Care to share your transaction ID with us? If the withdrawal has been carried out and you can now see it reflecting on any block explorer sites, there's no point in contacting their support since it's up to the miners to process it. There's a massive backlog of bitcoin transactions due to some rogue miners ignoring low fee tx.

It was solved but when I want to do my second withdrawal,
I keep seeing "Server wallet is under maintenance. Please try again later."

When will hasnest's wallet maintenance be over?

When I have got a problem with Hashnest wallet I also couldn't connect their support directly through the site, but they replied me in Facebook, just I don't remember how many time it took that moment, two-three days for sure.
