Yes, you can, but it's not suggested to do it with the same GPU. You can certainly run two miner apps on the same GPU, but the performance will tank on both because they are competing for the same resources on the GPU. But... you can use your CPU to mine monero, and your GPU to mine decred. If you have multiple GPUs, then you can dedicate one to monero and one to decred. Decred costs about 5% monero performance and yields about 1/20 of the regular Decred performance. LBRY cost ~16% of monero performance and also had no good results.
