I Heard that netherland is very liberal on customs from china, that you can recive smaller packages (100,200 units) from alibaba without custom? You heard wrong, in the Netherlands all packages with a combined value above 22,- euro (for commerce, 45,- euro for gifts) are taxed with 21% VAT (plus 13,- to 17,50 euro administrative costs)...
