I designed a tumblr where people can submit items for sale for BTC where X% of proceeds from each sale benefits charities (seller converting to fiat if the charity doesn't take BTC directly): https://btcgive.tumblr.com It could use a DNS record pointing to it, viral marketing, ??? All documentation to submit the claim (like donation receipts, item photos & ad text) will be scanned and/or forwarded to the buyer.
Public broadcasting pledge drives gave me the idea. "For a $1000 donation, you get this canvas book tote." The altcoin is the book tote, the BTC pays for the in-kind donation that is made in the buyer's name.
