Title: Beware of LEGENDARY member 'tytanick' and his lapdog 'meatmeat'
Post by: fynxgloire on August 27, 2017, 05:24:02 PM
Hey,

I came across a LEGENDARY status member tytanick here who seemed like a scammer.
Remember all one has to do to get this Legendary status is to create a lot of posts constantly.
You'd get that status, that status is directly and only related to user activity.
The idiot owns a website and thinks it makes him special for some reason.
Any idiot can create a website, even a bum on the street.

To be completely honest I DID threaten him and told him to go f*** himself.

This particular user did not want to use escrow, did not show a valid proof of payment.
In the first message to me, this assclown and his lapdog meatmeat presented me with their bitcoin address right away
begging for money.

These assclowns need to be jailed, seriously.

BEWARE OF THEM, you have been warned of these scam artists.

I can post proof of the conversations, just ask.

To all scammers who are even thinking of fuc**** with me, don't even think about it.
I have already contacted the FBI on several members on this board,

Regards

The Legendary status is just based on the ACTIVITY of a person. It has nothing to do with their trustworthiness.
You have to check the trust history. A legendary account with a nearly empty trust history, like the one you came across, is probably just a sold account.

Wow, I am sorry to hear about it.
I am only going to use someone with a history of trustworthiness.
Be safe, always ask for their ID and pictures of merchandise they have to sell.
Tell them to take a picture of it with today's date written on a piece of paper.
Also always use an escrow.

Please contact the FBI on this guy if you got scammed, here is their website, you can file a complaint online:
https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Also please file a complaint with the FTC:
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-3

Good luck

Sadly, the FBI have bigger Titanic's to sink.
They won't be of any help.

i'll add here his whatsapp +18165371923 and his e-mail r2crival@gmail.com (extracted from screenshot proof) in case he decides to scam again and others use the search function of the forum.

could this user named R2Crival https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=947277 be the same user?

Hello guys.
I just found out that my account was hacked.
It is probably becasue i had the same low security password on all forums like this one.

If you lost anything becasue of my account beeing hacked, please write to me an email: admin@simplemining.net with some proof of incident. !
I will makeup any loss !
Also remember,i dont do any escrows, sales except SRR devices and any other services than simplemining.net

Note that all servers are RSA keys protected and all my laptops are also protected by encryption so they are safe.
I treated forums like a message board and i wanted to have "easy access" by "easy password" - i guess that was bad choice.

The scamming came from my account so i need to straight things out.
It is from my own money, but i guess its my fault that i had weak password on every forum Sad
Its the right thing to do also. And i want my account back with good reputation.
I have too many other projects going on to let destory my reputation by few dollars ...
I dont know if you noticed but i am admin of simplemining.net
We are selling Devices for resetting freezed rigs and we are selling mining Operating system.
You should see this that it would be veery stupid to steal few dollars and hurt my company so badly .... dont you think ?
But you need to decide yourself.

For one, I don't try to scam people

OK please dont fight.
First of all, i am saying what it is. my bitcointalk account was hacked.
second, this email r2cval@gmail.com isnt mine
thirs, this btc address he gave you also isnt mine.
nex, i have no idea who meatmeat is but he has big trust (strange)
Personally i dont have any miners beside GPUs and one X11 miner that i bought month ago.
Also this telephone number ? It isnt mine. I live in Poland, we have +48 here ....

This skype isnt also mine.
It is really not my fault that someone made good hacking.
https://tytanick.tinytake.com/sf/MTkxMzIzOF82MTAyMTYw
See here, the nick is named: joel.g89 - that the heck is that ?
As i said, all those are not mine and i am starting to think that it might be special prepared organisation to destory my company reputation.
Well you failed if thats the matter.

Edit. I also think that fynxgloire is a victim kere.
By now i refunded 4 members of bitcointalk and i think this is all and there wasnt anymore people scammed.

BTW. This meatmeat - meaby his account was also hacked like mine and to make better scamm they supported eachother ?
Meaby moderator should send to this meatmeat email to verivy his identity ?

Anyway i think that in the end GOD or some other strange FORCE will take care of those thiefs .... and the good people.
There was a day when i lost 100 BTC becasue it was stolen from mtgox (but it was then only 500$) :(
I must say that i had similar password there. Meaby its connected.

Meatmeat looks to be a hacked account and doing some digging I found this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2120703.0. Meatmeat took out a loan for 0.04 around 4 days ago and payment was due yesterday. I don't think the loan has been paid back.

Also, a word of advice. I wouldn't care about rank. Legendary only is how long you have been on the forum, not a sign of how trusted a member is.

Gratitude of sharing this situation. I just really though that maybe an account was hacked because it is really difficult to make up to the higher rank to gain good reputation then in just such an instant it will be involve in scamming just to be marked with negative trust. Anyway if he really make up to the victims then he deserve a chance i think.

We must becareful of dealing with it maybe hacked or not we must see characters trustworthiness first before dealing not because they achieved a higher rank it means that we will lower our guard and we give them a full trust. Make sure you're right then go a head Pal lots of bad guy are roaming this days.

Becasue it was "just a forum" but in that case it wasnt "just a forum" :(
I dont have this password in any fragile system. But fact is a fact that keeping the same passwords even on forums can be bad thing.
On rest services like servers, banks, exchanges etc i have bigger security passwords.
But rest forums are many that i dont even use. The bitcoin talk is only forum that i am using from time to time but even for this i dont have much time.
Also i must admit that i received recently some emails from few exchanges that someonetried bruteforce to my account.
So it had to be attack targeted especially for my nickname and my cash i guess.
Also rest services like exchanges, email - they all have Two factor enabled. Here forum doesnt offer such thing.
Still i didnt even think that someone could hack into my bitcointalk account and accualy do anything. This where i was wrong i must admit.

Well, meatmeat hasn't been in contact with me for 6 days now and it is most likely that he is going to default on his loan. It is sort of strange though because he paid back a loan before of a greater amount, but defaulted on this one.

I suspected his account to be hacked because he requested a loan from me with an address that wasn't used by him before, so i informed him about it and he said that he was indeed hacked and changed his pw. I'm confident that i was lendng to the real meatmeat, as he provided a signed message. It is likely that you were talking to the hacker of tytanick and meatmeat, though.

I haven't received any messages from tytanick though.

I am glad that everything worked as it should. Also keep in mind that i probably never will do deals via forum and if you are unsure always write to simplemining.net domain mail to confirm anything. As we see the phishings and hacker tricks still works.
Also i received many alert emails that someone is trying to access my exchanges accounts :)
Still i have always two factor everywhere so no point of hacking :)

I mean 2fa here on forum.

The server have rsa keys and its possible to login from certain ip addresses.
