I want to announce new ICO (Initial Coin Offering) of Truth In The Source [TITS] Token.
The purpose of a token is to fund initial price for Ethereum Lottery Contract, which
ultimately is expected to be as successful as MegaMillions or EuroMillions lotteries.

Below intended rules of ICO coded into a contract:
Rules of the ICO:
1. Contract owner will own 15% of TITS released
2. Coin offering can be started only once and only by contract owner.
3. The amount of TITS will be fixed after 30 days offering period
4. Coin offering will be finished after 30 Days (maxMintingTime) by anyone’s invocation of finishMinting()
5. 1000-5000 TITS will be sold for every ETH (depending day of purchase – see fastBuyBonus())
6. ETH can only be transferred to sendToBeneficiaryContract address, only after majority of TITS  owners (in terms of number of TITS they posses ) agrees
         on it (That will be promissed Ethereum Lottery Company Contract)
7. sendToBeneficiaryContract address can be proposed only by contract owner
8. If 10 votes on Contract proposals will fail (see closeVoting(), refund()),  or acceptable proposal will not be delivered in 10 months
     (registerVotingPrepareFailure(),refund()) all owners of tokens will be entitled for refund of tokens (excluding 15% of owner)- see refund()
