From what I saw so far, it's impossible to reach Coinpot support and get response.
If you want to link wallet address to your account, you have to sign a message from your address, but as I see it doesn's works for you.
Another option to link accounts - send some coins from your wallet to coinpot deposit address.

What wallet are you using and how did you sign a message? It's either the site has a problem or you've made a mistake in signing a message. Anyway, in my case what I did was disregard the option of connecting my email to my address and just wait the withdrawal threshold then the balance will be automatically sent to the address (a bit hassle signing a message & don't want to deposit ;D).

PS. Aside from yours, there are so many other problems encountered by users in coinpot : see here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2006313.240)

CoinPot belongs to the same team who also operates Mellowads. Their support is crap, you can wait months or even years until you get a response. Perhaps it is good to contact them in other ways such as Twitter or here on Bitcointalk (baztardo) but don't expect a fast answer.

Thanks for the kind replies
Meanwhile I have reached out to Coinpot Support with no results.

Seems the way my account is set up things don't get done
Example my Litecoin Coinpot wallet (or holding wallet - can't do anything with it)-
my  Litecoin wallet address
3EgiVVZ7cqZ9AWVYchbxUH6ciM4pQ5dRYq

And my BIT-DOGE-LIte Coinpot wallet is attached to my email address
and they won't allow me to send or sign off
Very frustrating
Maybe eventually their illustrious support team will get back to me -- maybe not ?
Rick

I had some problems with CoinPot. I wrote everywhere, knocked on all the doors without an answer.
As a result, I found a solution with Google.
A month later, the answer came from support. "Everything is OК with your akk. Why do you invent problems? "
Hey, guys, are you serious? A month passed. And if the problem was serious? WTF?
I do not want to deal with this shit anymore.

i think your problem is your addresses because i always have transaction in coinpot and i never experience a problem in their site i also earn in their site even its small bitcoin, doge and lite the problem is your address if you ask me in your problem and they have also a page in facebook try to contact the team there, they have fee in transaction but if your address is no fee like me i think its good for our bitcoin and earnings

Watch out! Scammers! They give you a deposit address, but if you deposit something will never get it! They steal your coins. Dont send them anything! You will lose your coins!

Yes they still steal :  I've made a deposit of 0.08 ltc to my coinpot account wich still not credited after many confirmations .

The problem still persists with my Litecoins -- was hoping to use them by now - still unsure how to make them available in my CoinPot - it used to be automatic-
As always any help will be very appreciated - rjen
my amount is now up to 0.00869404 and should've transferred over at 0.0050--
I realize it's not a lot of money - but it is a lot of time.
