Satoshi is the Founder of Cryptocurrency not just Bitcoin.

Guess Cryptocurrency never existed before Bitcoin...so wonder why people hardly attribute its existence to the Real Founder.
Think it would be great to give Satoshi, the real founder of Cryptocurrency the full credit that he deserves esp on his Wikipedia page  than just limiting his achievement to Bitcoin.
Websites are more focused on telling their readers who he isn't rather than what he actually created. Truth is, without Satoshi there wouldn't have been Ethereum & other Altcoins. So why not?

Rather than the founder and I will believe if the satoshi as the creator of the crypto, But another coin like litecoin or something else just follow the bitcoin through fork the code of bitcoin and blockchain to build the another new coin that already called altcoin by us. it did exist. there were a couple of other "projects" similar to bitcoin. none of them were big or anything but they existed.

it is just the money! if bitcoin never went higher than $10 all these years, then 90% of these altcoins like Ethereum,... would have never existed.
but since bitcoin went up from <$0.01 to >$1200 then everyone was thinking "there is money to be made, lets start the copy paste machine" and altcoins were created.

You guys ever think we'll find out who Satoshi Nakamoto is? If he can even provide proof about him actually being the founder of crypto.. which I absolutely think is true. Without his tech we wouldn't have the blockchain or a bunch of other incredible ideas which I'm not privvy to.

You are right, first cryptocurrency is bitcoin so if you are the creator of bitcoin, you are also the creator of the cryptocurrency.

You make full sense i never even imagined something like this if there was no bitcoin I'm sure no one would ever even get the idea of virtual currencies or at least crypto coins. We may hate Chinese people but whatever different is there in this world is because of them and bitcoin will be one the greatest in the history of investions

 I don't think there is anyone doubting the fact that Satoshi is the father of crypto-currency so far bitcoin is still the lead there is no contesting to that opinion. Other coins that have hold forth for longer period of time have only been able to do that because of the perceived short comings of bitcoin in which they now see as an opportunity which means that bitcoin create for them that platform.

Well to me, bitcoin has given hope to Africans specifically Nigeria which am from where things are not so great, Satoshi has given us hope over here, many people don't know that some people in a part of the world hardly eat food, but Satoshi have made earning 10$ easy, God will continue to bless him or them, its amazing what bitcoins have done in my life.

He is the one who started the bitcoin and this is the rise of cryptocurrency and great breakthrough in the history so I think he can be called the father of all cryptocurrency around and he is deserved to be awarded for this since bitcoins help in some other ways and it give good fortune to those people who doesn't have a physical job.

Cryptocurrency in the meaning of a currency with some cryptogenic nature is as old as history.

Imagine the car industry, initially they would try ideas on a small scale and over time they would be conveyed to others and they would always innovate to this day. He's a currency coin in the bitcoin world, without the birth of the currency satosi there will be no new coin emerging ..

Well, you're right, Satoshi is the founder of everything.
But the real question is : Who is satoshi ?

The fact to not know who is that guy/organisation is a bit scary. Just imagine one second that satoshi is a very bad organization. We all contribute to enrich them.

This says that Satoshi Nakamoto is the father of Bitcoin. If the bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies, I don’t think we can simply say Satoshi Nakamoto is father of crypocurrency.

You are right but i think Satoshi don't give a shit about what we talk about him.

When i enter the world of crypto currency, i made a research about him. He is the founder of Bitcoin and ofcourse bitcoin is the first crypto currency so i guess we can say that he is the founder/father of crypto-currency.

Satoshi is the founder of bitcoin but there were certainly other cryptocurrencies that existed before bitcoin. Its just that those were small scale projects that did not receive, or were not meant to be, large scale projects. Bitcoin was the first successful large scale cryptocurrency imho and thats a landmark event in itself.

What you are actually saying is nothing but the truth. The only reason why we have a thousand altcoins today if not more, with new ones launching everyday its only because satoshi decided to come up with the idea of cryptocurrencies, which was a good one. However, in my opinion I think that the only reason why he is not credited with all the credits he deserve its only because that he never showed up his face to the public. We all just know that there is Nakamoto but we have never seen his face, we don't know how he looks like and lastly we are not sure if his name its real or not. But I will have to agree with you that he is the inventor of cryptocurrencies.
