If you already know they are not reputed then why you choose them to play?

Do you have any proofs for what you're saying? Just disappear means how? Did you enable 2fa feature in your account? If you enable then no one can hack your account otherwise chances that someone might have hacked your account. You need to provide more details of how exactly you lost your money.

What the Op has described is completely useless, as well it doesn't make sense. Finally if he examine thoroughly, his mistake might have caused the loss. He too doesn't have any proof to state the complaint, an reputed gambling website never scams the user. This is a way of running the trust over the website, and me too using it for years and haven't encountered any issues. Looking the Op's trust rate itself users will understand about the statement, whether it's true or not.

Betcoin.ag isn't a reputable gambling site. It's a scam site and why do you still advertize them?
Looking for your "admin"s trust https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=202115
Should we believe with a gambling site if the admin has many negative feedback from DT member?

He said like that because he is promoting and supporting betcoin through his signature and I think it is normal behavior LOL. I have to agree that betcoin did a very bad mistake in the past which made them got so many red trust, they deserves it. Surely it is our own choice to trust the site or not, at least the community warns us with the negative rating so if someone is still trusting them then it is his own right.

It's not normal, it's more like stupid behavior. There is no reason to advertize scam site to other people.
Advertize scam site = scam people.

If they (Betcoin.ag) deserve for negative trust, it means all people who still helping them by advertizing or supporting them deserve negative feedback as well, right?

i never trust with any of people who got negative feedback from DT members.

Makes me wonder why people ignore scam reports..

They lost their trust long time ago.
Looking the Op's trust rate itself users will understand about the statement, whether it's true or not.
And you didn't bother to look at betcoinag's trust.

why I don't get is how do they still have players on their site?

Their customer support seems to be working.

I'm just curious. As I have read SO MUCH scam reports about them. How are they still in (mini) business?

- They have 70 signature campaign promoters here on bitcointalk.

- They offered up to over 100% rakeback thru the scammer Xiaoxiao.

- Customers of the betcoin.ag scam are within the lower IQ range.

- They did not pay a crystal clear won 500 (some say 1000) Bitcoins jackpot and with that saved money scams can run a long time.

I also think it's scam. They still owe me 0.3 BTC, but the support just ignores you, so there is nothing you can do about it. I am registered with a lot of (and some shady) gambling sites, but the experience with betcoin has definitely been the worst. Don't recommend.
