I try to topup skrill with bitcoin but after i topup with 1200 eur now my skrill show 0 if i try with bitcoin. Why? Is there a year limit?

Some friends of mine which live in Europe has a limit of 6995 Euro in a month if you are fully verified with Skrill.
Now it come to my mind another question as I want to try it to. Can these funds for example if they are uploaded through Credit Card be directly withdrawn to a bank account, meaning an exchange directly through Skrill, I see 1% as a fair fee? Anyway the only way to find out is to deposit a small amount in Skrill through Bitcoin and immediately after trying to withdraw this to my bank account. This would be very convenient for me as I don't need to use exchanges to get my bitcoins to my bank account and using higher fees than 1%.
