Just keep trying as it may be an issue from their end if the password and username you entered is right. I faced such an issue with another exchange but when I reset the password, it worked fine. If you still face the issue, try using incognito mode of chrome.

I would never trust this exchange with my money! I mean it is just a roll of dice if one even can log into the account... and support offers no help... They claim this is a security feature, when it actually turns out to be a bug stopping account holders to login. Sh*t like this is exactly why we need decentralized exchanges! |
