You should publish your idea at first. Crypto project sounds not very original and fresh on bitcointalk. What kind of experts you need? Will you pay for work?

Can you explain what the join a new a team will be all about? Crypto projects is a vast subject, so you need to specify which aspect of crypto projects the a new a team you are planning on. And why one has to PM you to get the preliminary informations? Why don't you just post everything in public?

What projects will you work on, you do not explain in detail.?
How someone will believe then join you to create a team.
If it is profitable I am very interested. Please provide the qualifications you need.

I think you need to give some necessary information that is less necessary for everyone to participate. First, what is your idea, and how will you do it? How do you need a team? And finally the reward.

I was searching for people whose want to work in some projects. Projects are discussed in the team. I started a design of exchange, maybe this could be one of those projects

First of all, I must reward you for making this question as open-ended as possible!
Next, please give us a detailed introduction of the project, it's use case and what qualifications you seek from potential team members.
A good first step would be to nail down your idea as much as possible. Try to write a whitepaper describing marketing research, marketing strategy, product architecture, funding structure, etc. (that is if you're capable of it) and use it as a blueprint to fill the roles that you wish on your team rooster.
