I have batch of anonymous, noname bank cards in unopened package. Each pack contains: card, IBAN account no, PIN, information flyer. Managment of card is available through online-banking SSL site. Currently I have batch of: - VISA PLN Cards Daily payout limit from ATM - ~150 EUR Daily payment limit - ~150 EUR Yearly payment limit - ~2500 EUR Yearly topup limit - ~2500 EUR Total balance limit - ~2500 EUR ATM withdrawal fee - 3% Cards are valid to - 02/2015 ------ You can top-up as many times as you want until card is valid. Cost per 1pc - BTC0.30 or $40[PP/WU] including priority registered shipping (also to P.O. boxes) Can offer discounts for bigger orders or long-term cooperation. No - just don't want to lose card&postage, but if you have any doubts we can go escrow. Also what PLN stands for? Polish Zloty, it's due issuer's bank is located in Poland. There's at least one bank don't need name or any ID to obtain prepaid cards - on card is only embossed "KARTA PREPAID" which stands for "PREPAID CARD". You get leaflet with IBAN acct no., sealed PIN, card itself glued to leaflet. These cards have payWave functionality so you can pay with them contactless.
