I've been using NEO online wallet neowallet.cn.

Today I log in and it's giving me the wrong NEO and GAS balance (I'm missing a bunch).  I checks the blockchain explorer and my NEO still seems to be there.  Anyone else having this problem?  This wallet just seems to be shaky as hell... makes me nervous!

Hi, i'm glad to see you post as i also use this wallet and since this morning i don't see any of my coins in it :(
But i can see them when i check on neotogas.com with my public address.
Still, that's a bit scary and very embarrassing if we want to sell ou neo fast in case of emergency !
I'm going to post on reddit cause i don't see much information on this issue.

Fyi... my balance has increased since having the wallet open... but still not to the correct amount.  It's like it's not synched... but it's saying it's 100% synched on my end.

Use neoexplorer to check your wallet address and it should show correct balance

Yes... been doing that.  But what if I want to receive or send NEO?  I know it will probably be fine, but again just seems shaky as hell.

Is there a reliable, easy to use wallet for NEO?

I kept my wallet open all day long but nothing changed :-\
I also checked on neoexplorer and i see the good amount but i can't use them !

Was thinking of getting Neo just last week and this post is freaking me out already. Please is everything okay now before i know what to do

And what other safe, secure wallet is there?  I don't want to download the blockchain.

I had a similar issue and the support told me as soon you see the coins in the blockchain, you are ok!

I'm now using this online wallet neotracker.io which i found on the neo.org website and it works fine.
I got back all my coins and can claim my gas !
