It's used as a gateway currency on some exchanges. A lot of people tend to believe this will be a slow consistent growth. I don't own any yet but should look into it a bit more!

When I think about it, I see some value proposition in there.
It's a mutual agreement on value on a non-changing and very limited asset.

Just like gold, but without any of it's usefulness and history.

Okay, as nobody really said much about this coin and it's value apart from the point that it is a lot like gold and is the main currency on some exchanges, I decided to make a little research. The coin's price is still growing a lot and marketcap is $25 mil. The dev team is small and not very experienced. In their official intro there's basically nothing said apart from it being platinum to btc's gold. There isn't a lot info on the Internet about the coin as well. I don't like such projects which don't show their white papers rightaway.

Do not trade this one. No hype. No fud. Just store them and hold for years.

Bitcoin is a lot like gold, Unobtainium is more like platinum. Rarer and more valuable than gold... and yet with not as much use and less preference. I guess you could say that the dev team's inexperience is probably why I can see this coin has even a fork - clearly there are issues even with such a limited coin. But your research also shows that this was a simple alt. One created in the hopes that scarcity as suggested by its name will prove to be of value in future. I can't really bring myself to own this type of coin either. Not unless it was purely for fun.

IMO this coin has the best chance to surpass Bitcoin in price per unit, by far.  It has the necessary ingredients to do so.  UNO hit $500 with zero press coverage.

I can't believe this coin did over 400% today, and I read somewhere that the token will be delisted on Bittrex which has more than 70% of the trade volume, the long term outlook for this project is blinking

Unobtanium had a major dump and low volume before this. Its somekind of dump & bump & dump.

The coins is not that young. Many investors have heard about UNO and may have received airdrops from exchanges that they play at yet they won't invest in it because of the age.

Because of Bittrex decided to delist it. Price crashed by 70%

Pump today is by pump groups.. confirmed. Do not buy at this price. Buy below 50$

Is this the end for the coin ?

Will never re pump again cause of the delisting ?

What is the future of this coin?? What is the advantage of buying it, besides that it's supply is limited. But so is "coin 42" even much less than UNO. Is there any "cryptocollector's"  value potential here or with PR or 42 or other ALTs will very limited supply?
Does anybody have an opinion here? BITREX seems like a major hit logically, with absolutely illogical pump to 400$+ surrounding this event.

But we already have a coin that is like gold and it is called bitcoin, even if the value will go up what is the point since there is almost no volume, when the price goes up everybody will want to sell and then the price is going to dump, thanks but I prefer to hold my bitcoin instead.

Every coin in the history of Crypto has crashed miserably when dropped from an exchange.
