Title: Appropriate engine and memclock ratio

I saw somewhere that with LTC gpu-engine should be below 70% of gpu-memclock.  Looking at references for BTC, it seems that most are setting gpu-memdiff to -150 (lower than gpu-engine).  Are these both correct for the different coins?

The optimal engine and memclock varies depending on which coin you're mining and which card you are using.
