The op was before the merit system was implemented. Reddit has a auto lock thread after 6monhs. I don't think it would be a nice idea here, but something similar maybe Title: Re: Bitcointalk forum membership levels Post by: boysthanos12 on July 19, 2018, 01:25:25 AM Some members(people) find the merit implementation as a foreign to them as they have been inactive before the merit system imemented and they will see something new but the problem is there will be another thread that has the same problem/question about ranks and requirements.
Edit: I thought it's about the user's date registered LOL, I think it's because I haven't sleep yet until morning. I see it now, August 30, 2017. Is there a merit system before on bitcointalk forum or it's this year only? It helps you to gain merit if you keep off ignore lists maintained by merit awarders.
