For a starter, yes. It feeds your heart and mind but some religious books in another religion will help also.

The Bible teaches us alot,it like a manual to Guide us in life.
the  Bible teach and promise us that Jesus christ will return to this earth as the  conquering King.only those who live in repentant faith in Christ will escape God’s judgment and live joyfully in God’s presence for all eternity. God’s message is the same to all of us, repent and believe,   before it is too late.Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will  be  saved.

Yes .It does Because Bible is the truth and sword to defeat the works of satans on us. Bible teach Good attitudes and behavior .Just like the people mentioned Inside the Bible they believe and have a strong faith in God .

I think the everything will teach you if you study it and learn from it. The bible is a collection of stories (some say real life accounts of the prophets and disciples some say a pigment of imagination) . If the question is does the bible really teach us, I think it depends on the reader. You can read the bible without learning something at the same time you can study a sausage and it can teach you something. 

Of course the Bible teach us and it also give us advice on how to overcome some circumstances and some problems that we encounter.
