Maybe I have not seen very well or the ptc templates that pay only for bitcoin are like this, but I think you should have a forum on your site ptc.  the only way someone can have information about the ptc site and know if The site ptc is paying is in the forum, if there is no forum only few people register.

Neobux,clixsense and other old ptc sites are very good for you to buy advertising and have many members for your ptc site

How will the site cover the transaction fee with such low payout threshold and that too instant? Is the payout to wallet or any accounts like faucethub and like those? The transaction fee to spend these earnings will be higher than what is received.

The payout will be sent to a microwallet : FaucetHub, Xapo and Faucetsystem, the site supports the three and you're free to choose. I wonder why you didn't see it as All Bitcoin Micropayment Processors was mentioned after the Low Minimum Payout in the main post.

There is no doubt it will be on microwallet or XAPO but I think any normal advertisement website don't has to offer us that if they want good advertisers. But also at the same time no one will advertise normal website which has even 100 visitor daily because rates are worst, cpc=11 satoshi, that's absolutely nothing and don't worths, any ad website offers absolutely more.
It' not next gen website if you continue like that..
