Our concept is to provide physical space, empowering self-managed communities of global citizens to create safe harbours to live, work and grow in. We would like to create a global chain of hotels called HotelChain with its own operational currency. HotelChain is an innovative hotel designed by architecture studio. On one hand we agree with you, it can be quite expensive for some of investors. On the other hand, we create a community of investors that believe in our product and who will enjoy 2 main benefits of becoming a HotelChain member:

• Just imagine that you buy lifetime membership of 1 HTL token for 2 BTC as an early bird. The daily rate of our hotel is 0.0125 BTC - that means that your payback period of your investment is 160 days in case if you stay at the hotel every day and that is less than half of a year. The rest of the time you receive wholetime benefits without any losses.

• Moreover, we will integrate the system of leasing HTL token for holders who do not stay at a hotel. That means, that HTL owner can lease his token with a discount of 20% of the daily hotel room rate (for 0,01 BTC) and the payback period will be 200 days. If the market price for leased 1 HTL token will be 50% of the hotel room rate, the payback period will be 320 days. Anyway, it is less than 1 year.

Investors who are not interested in membership and guaranteed payback, can buy smaller fraction - the minimum fraction is 0,0001 HTL that equals to 0,0002 BTC. In this case a fraction will not give you a membership but will be a financial tool.

I think it makes sense, because each holder of one an HTL can have access to the hotelchain network and Will give you lifetime membership.

Once the coins are sold and the rooms are built, what pays for upkeep, maintenance, staff, taxes, etc?  I'm a bit confused how the coin I buy for 2 BTC today can last forever.  Shouldn't cost increase over time?

Dear investors,

We have carefully investigated your concerns upon the price of HTL token and would like to give official commentary upon our decision and changes we have made.

First of all, we had a rate of 1 HTL for 3 BTC. The idea is that 1 HTL = 1 key to a HotelChain room. Nevertheless, there was a minimum fraction of 0,0001 HTL that can be bought (which equals to 0,0003 BTC). We appreciate all opinions and we try to hear what our investors say, so we do not change our concept but we denominate HTL value by multiplying it by 10 000. Now 10 000 HTL will equal 3 BTC. The smallest fraction will be 1 HTL instead of 0,0001 HTL.

• This means that premium membership is available for investors who buy 10 000 HTL. They will enjoy benefits of lifetime staying at a hotel.
• Other investors who invest less than 10 000 HTL will benefit from leasing their tokens. We have calculated that investors will receive 90% of annual return.
• Moreover, investors have an opportunity to sell HTL through exchange.
• And the last option for investors is to use HTL as payment in HotelChain. We will give an extra discount for people who will use HTL for payment in the HotelChain instead of using USD or Euro currency.
