The best website to buy them is directly from Bitmain which produces them. You can choose to pay in Bitcoin or Fiat currency. You can also buy these through Ebay and Ali Express by paying a bit of premium over the actual price which Bitmain offers them.

People where warning for coinsgear look at their reviews :-(
