Hello Fellow Indians,

New to the forums- Yes, First thread & first post - yes, Have been into trading/following this forum for a good 10 months, but never thought of mining, But now I am thinking of it, as I have got place where electricity charges are negligible.

Thought of S9 but dint see it profitable. Thought of GPU based mining, got in touch with a couple of sellers from here but ROI was coming around 8 months, still I was almost into buying it. But yesterday out of curiosity checked for ANTMINER L3+ india sellers, and to my surprise there is one seller on indiamart.com who is selling it for 85K and a couple more were selling @ 1-1.2 lakhs. The offer is too good to be true, the L3+ gives profit of around 800-1000 USD/ Month, which means ROI in less then 2 months. Experienced guys please throw some light into it.

dont bother with these scamsters.
you wont find a genuine seller of L3+ quoting less than 2 lac INR for a delivery period of less than a week.

How can they actually sell Antminer L3 at such a low price?
May be that is fake and the link which you have given shows error. I've heard that there are no resellers of Antminer in India. I don't know exactly but that is what I heard.

It's a highly unrealistic deal for a price that is too good to be true.. It's all a sham... To get an antminer L3+ (504MH/s) you'll have to cough up around 2 lakhs at minimum.

Finally I am getting a deal on an Antminer L3+ for 2.2 lakhs and the guy says I should give money after testing and running the equipment, BUT he is asking for the Fedex courier charges upfront which he states will be around 7000. Now what I am thinking is if he can trust me on 2+ lakh why he asking for delivery charges upfront.

That's a variation of a standard nigerian style scam. 100 USD processing fee to transfer the 500k to your bank account. Finally you will get a brick inside an empty carton  ::)

I would suggest you to either buy from bitmain or buy in person. Put a buy ad on olx quikr etc. Negotiate with sellers and meet up and buy. I won't trust shipping from individuals. As a ballpark figure for buying from individuals , be prepared for a markup of 20% over the product price and another 50k approx for customs + courier handling charges that the original buyer would have paid.

There was L3+ sale today morning on bitmain website for 2280 USD.

Anyone in India selling anything Crypto related outside of this forum is likely a scammer or a con artist.
So you wanna buy stuff or at the least know about stuff, talk to someone over here.
Simple as that.

There are some folks selling them on OLX ,  but be warned 90% use the nigerian variation trick or post US numbers when you ask for them .  All are hoax.  Make sure you meet them in person and check the miner before you buy.   There is a dealer my frd brought from in Ahmedabad. But is a pricy guy  hes asking for $5k for immediate delivery and hes got slabs for the futures ones.  Saw an D3 go for $8K for the Sep Batch.
