Our platform is private and meant for members only. We do not store patient information such as name, DOB, etc., however, as a part of the surgery planning/management tool which is under development, patient information will be included in it. While we already have very strong security policies in place, we will comply with HIPAA.

Do you have experience in HIPAA compliance?

Founder has over 25 years of professional experience in healthcare and he has implemented/managed HIPAA compliance in his past endeavors. However, we plan to use 3rd party services for auditing and other requirements to ensure compliance.

When will you have an alpha version of your product ready? Will the public have some sort of limited access to it? Would be nice to have some insight on the actual product.

  Thank you for asking this question. Our platform is production ready. At present this platform is for members only, such as healthcare providers/ manufacturers / suppliers and other related entities. One has to be a member in order to gain access as we limit  access to IPs that are whitelisted. The public access feature will be available in the near future once the ""Direct to home delivery"" feature is established and operational. We could  however provide current screen shots or the users manual. Is that something you would like to see? We will also get together with the team to see what else we can provide in terms of a demo.

 We understand your point and we are working on producing few short videos. There are different types of users such Suppliers, Providers (Clinician, Staff, Scheduler, etc), Admin. We will get back once it is done.

Any material that gives some insight into the actual product will help. Until then, it's always and only the WP which people have to read and trust in. It's a bit difficult, but most ICOs work that way.

As you know, data security is very important and since we are picky, we are taking all measures to make token purchase a safe experience on our digital wallet.   As with anything else, new issues may surface but, since this is sensitive in nature,  we believe it is better to address this now rather than later. As long as we are moving towards progress, we are good.

By the way, what seems to be your doubt about?

No that was a misunderstanding :) I said that until we get insight into the actual product, it is always the WP only which we can read. Therefore, if you have anything else, screenshots or whatever, that would help a little bit beyond the WP.

  Thank you. It took over 27,000 man hours to accomplish this and have more features to be included. We signed up 409 members (providers and suppliers included) and we can reach out to more, after crowdsale. One of our immediate goals is then to hand hold them into transacting. However, we do have few low volume customers that are transacting. 

That means a few million dollars already went into the development of the platform. Not bad ;)

Hi! Is project alive? No updates from 9 march.

Of-course the project is live. We are working on few initiatives and enhancements. Here are few details:

1. Sales/Marketing Channel: This is work in progress and we are looking for commissioned sales reps with medical sales experience to contact us via our website https://www.synthiumhealth.com/. If possible, please spread the word out.

2. Retail/crypto options: We are enhancing the platform to allow our suppliers to list/sell their products in retail (direct to public). The products that are enabled for retail option will be accessible via shop.synthiumhealth.com and these products can be searched via search engines such as Google and Bing. We will be accepting major crypto currencies such as ETH, BTC and LTC (in addition to credit card/USD) on behalf of the suppliers.

3. Smart contact management platform POC: Synthium Health is working a new solution called the Smart Contract Management Platform (SCMP). By leveraging Block chain technology, this solution can provide both physical and virtual visibility from the Manufacturer through GPO, Distributor and 3PL, all the way to the Point of Care. Optionally, commissions and rewards can be disbursed automatically by using Synthium’s own utility tokens (SHP) via smart contract option. This end-to-end feature will be especially useful for healthcare providers (such as hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices etc.) manufacturers, GPO’s and others.

#1: We placed an ad and interviewed a few people. We are still looking for professional medical sales reps who are looking for additional medical lines or products to include in their portfolio.

#2: We had a conference call with SEC recently about regulatory/compliance requirements. Also, we are discussing with a US based attorney. This is a large project and some of the features/functionality will take months to complete the project. MVP (Minimum Viable Product) will be deployed shortly via https://shop.synthiumhealth.com/. We will notify as soon as it is ready.

#3: This is partially dependent/connected with #2. This is also a good size project. We have been working on the critical functionalities and scheduled a product tour with one of our advisers in about two weeks from now. Depending on the feedback from the adviser, we will complete the MVP and shortly after we will be reaching out prospects for beta clients, etc.

Other questions: Acquiring synergistic companies is beyond our budget at this time. We have been working on the guided navigation capabilities and incorporating what we researched into the platform on a periodic basis. There are over 3,588 UDI medical device product groups (excluding what we have prepared earlier). It will take 1000's of man hours to complete the task.

Bounty: We planned to launch phase II of the ICO. We could not announce it due to the confusion around SEC and other regulations. Anyway, if you would like to close your account and claim your bounty rewards, please contact us via the same email ID that you registered with in two weeks.
