I made a DNT token withrawal to my Eth acount and checked the blockchain and could not find the transaction. And so far, nothing of the Txid is recognized or the coins arrive. Please answer the open tickets. Solve this problem for me. I really need my coins, I never had a problem with the exchange of you and I always indicated. Now I need your help to solve this. Even my altcoins and bitcoin withdrawals took hours to get complete but recently my withdrawals were complete quickly. Their support also doesn't reply these days but they still payout their users. If possible, contact them on their telegram channel and mention your issue. They do check their messages there.
