Its a very simple process is you have an account in Ireland (Bank transfer with Internet Banking). I process quite a few orders a week but I haven't asked my customers for reviews as I believe part of what Im selling with bitcoin is your right to anonymity and its growing well on its own. Im probably one of the fastest in the world to turn them around also, usually within an hour but more likely within 15 minutes during business hours.
