Title: Velocity of Bitcoin
Post by: ashaw596 on May 23, 2013, 02:10:56 PM
You know, I did a quick calculation, and about 10% of the entire bitcoin volume is transacted every day (hopefully I didn't misplace a zero). Thats pretty high. Anyone economists here actually know if this is a good thing or a bad thing and what it might do to the value of bitcoins?

Moving money from the same person's address to another address doesn't have to do anything with "transactions".

Care to show your working out and we'll see if you misplaced a zero? :)
