A quick how to mine TRIBUS algorithm for DNR.
Using Nvidia GPU's on Windows.

Download latest CCminer here
https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases

-unzip into a folder, such as c:\tribus
-RUN-DNR-YIIMP.bat comes preconfigured to mine at CCMINER
Code:
ccminer-x64 -a tribus -o stratum+tcp://yiimp.ccminer.org:8533 -u DSBX1EZwuqMv5jiqphVLiaMsgSzBHLXgXF -p donate --cpu-priority=3
-copy, paste and edit .bat to mine on different pools

need to ask for beta CWIGM miner here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2054431.0

Example

My hashbag .bat looks like this to run on GPU 1 of 0 & 1 slots. "-d 1" chooses the slot. Or if you want slot 0 and 1, "-d 0 1", or dont use -d to use all of your rig's GPU's.
Code:
:restart
Timeout /t 30
ccminer-x64 -d 1 -a tribus -o stratum+tcp://pool.hashbag.cc:8688 -u YourDenariusAddress -p c=DNR,stats --cpu-priority=3 --intensity 21
goto :restart
pause

Check Hashrate

go to a yiimp pool bench, like hashbag, and select your GPU

I have been mining on Hashbag for some time already. No complains

Brutum was the first pool I mined on. Then ccminer, and helped mine on hashbag to test, when that was being setup. Need to stay on a pool for 24 hours to see how well they pay out.

Thanks for the mention! :)

DNR flying under the radar at the moment, it's a good time to mine. Especially on 0% fee pools =p

How much denarius in one gtx 1080ti and best pool?

How much denarius in one gtx 1080ti and best pool?

Check hashrates here https://pool.hashbag.cc/bench?algo=tribus&chip=5

Roughly 100 MH/s on a 1080ti is 5-6 DNR per day.
https://whattomine.com/coins/187-dnr-tribus?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=100&p=450.0&fee=0.0&cost=0.1&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

I use hashbag most of the time. ccminer pool is more consistent, but over 24 hours its a toss up which pools are best.

ccminer 2.2.1 appears to hash slightly faster than CWIGM on Tribus algo. The other benefit is you can also use ccminer on any pool.

Sounds like one of the equihash pools might be adding tribus shortly. Will edit OP once they add DNR.

ccminer yiimp was hacked. Most likely down.
kawaiipoolparty is temporarily down.

A few equipools considering to add DNR-tribus to their pools...confirmation once we get them :)

Didn't realize another equihash pool was looking at this. 2 of my favorites.

Can I send all my rigs to a custom wallet on my PC for mining solo? Or on each rig it is necessary to put a separate wallet?

Cloud Mining Pools added to the list. Not using yiimp interface.

If you don't know how to set that up, join a pool. You would need a large amount of hash to solo this. Maybe 100x 1070's.

because of a very high fluctuation with difficulty it is very unreliable to predict how much DNR a miner can mine..
one second diff say 400-500 and the 2000-2500 with a harsh drop of incoming coins

there are 3 types of miner avail - ccminer 2.2.1 with cuda 9 support - this is now a fastest one of free miners
then there comes CWI - this for CWI pools only and it was about 20% faster regular ccminer based on cuda 8, but with cuda 9, CWI miner slower for 10-15%
and there is SP Modded miner - which is about 20% faster the ccminer 2.2.1 with cuda 9

the time for mine DNR. hm, ,maybe, cause it is 3 times cheaper then before..

I wonder where we can find SP mod tribus for free  ::)

A good rough number to plug into whattomine for diff is 600 to get an idea of profits. I don't know how to explain the way diff changes throughout the hour, so I won't. But its variable to keep the blocks at 30 seconds.

Added new DNR pool pool.UniMining.net.

Thank you. :-)

Denarius miners came to our pool since day 1, they are reliable miners, they stayed after the hack of September (that affected all yiimp pools) and Denarius community supports us. I'd like to say a big thank you to Denarius community !

PS: Please free to mine on unimining.net (https://pool.unimining.net) with 0% mining fees until December 1st.

This is great.

We have been working on getting a better infrastructure together for the CWI-Pool system, while CWIgm-0.9.9 has a better optimized set of algorithms including a higher optimized tribus.

So it's a great thing to see a thread like this.

Please come back in here when CWIGM is updated so I can make sure to update this. Now with DNR getting more attention I will probably update more frequently.

CWIgm is suspended for the time being until we find a replacement Developer for this project.

So for now, the previous CWIgm-0.9.8 version is the only one that was distributed in the Closed Beta.

CWIgm-0.9.9 IS active, but only internally, so a windows build is required if we are to redistribute this version, which has the Algos optimized by default this time.

We will let you know if there is any updates towards the replacement Developer mate.

Thanks,

#crysx

Our pools are.

The specific DNR one is located here - http://pool.chainworksindustries.com/dnr/ - though the current server is overloaded at the moment and the new servers are currently being built.

So you will get some slow reaction times for the frontend MPOS interface, but the mining backend is running very well.

When the new servers come online, this will change in a big way, as we have the some heavy equipment backing these pools now.

As POS fix and masternodes go live shortly, figured I would update the pool list. Please let me know if any pools don't work.

Don't forget you can also rent out your rig on https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/tribus and mine while waiting for someone to rent the rig. Just follow their steps and add some of the pools. And get some DNR.

Hey all,  Im mining with a rig that has 2x GTX 1070 and 3x gtx 1080.  I have been using ccminer fork, tpruvot and am getting about 65 mh/s on yiimp.eu  Wondering if ccminer/tpruvot is the most optimized for Nvidia and tribus, and thoughts on the best pool.

Also wondering why Denarius is perfoming so well against BTC while only being on a few exchanges with NO-one really talking about it as a privacy coin or otherwise..

Also any overclocking tips for Tribus?

Hi,

Hashrate may be increased according to the choice of the miner application (tpruvot/ccminer or carsenk/ccminer for nVidia, I don't remember if KlausT and alexis78 forks of ccminer have tribus algo), the version of your GPU drivers (please test using different versions) and your overclocking setting (usually, I reduce TDV and power consumption and I increase some frequencies).

You can also change parameters of ccminer to increase your hashrate, here is a short explanation on How to mine Denarius:
https://forum.unimining.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2

Here are some links that may help you:

Have a nice mining
