Bitcoin prices always go up every day, and the price can not be stopped, if always like this, when bitcoin prices will go down?
Or will not the bitcoin price go down?

If you think the prices only go up every day, you obviously haven't looked at
charts recently and/or haven't been into bitcoin for very long.  Nothing goes
up forever; we're going to get either a massive correction or a full blown crash
one of these days, and I would say sooner rather than later.  

And you're not the only one who thinks like you do.  There are a lot of parallels
that can be drawn between the current bitcoin market and manias we've had
in the past.  Tulips has been mentioned, and I would also add internet stocks,
biotech in the 90's, the South Sea bubble, railroad stocks, precious metals up
until 2011...the list goes on.  And don't say it's different this time.  Sure,
bitcoin is a neat thing and it's very innovative, but that's how bubbles start.

Also, please don't write titles in all caps.  It's very obnoxious.

Maybe not going down that much, but we must consider those long term holders who sacrificed their financial in order to invest with bitcoin's profitable aspects. Therefore I think price of today's current days will not be going down at huge price compared from past years, bitcoin hasn't become stable like now and even rising within a month after that August 1 issues.

Where were you in July when the value of bitcoin lost something like $800 in a few hours. Have you already forgotten? Bitcoin goes up and down multiple time during the day, and yes the price can be stopped anytime and we are going to see it again before November

Bitcoin has always been up, but there are dumps too. When the segwit was first mentioned, the price went from $2800 to $2400, and a few days latter it dropped to $1750.
There are always corrections on the price, and there might be one when the price touches the five thousand, more investors needs a fairly price to invest.
So, take a look at the charts from December 2013 to now.

Depends on when there is a correction that occurs with the market. Remember that Bitcoin managed to collapse from $1,300 down to $200 over the course of about a year, so there is a always a chance for the value to go down, and potentially in a very spectacular fashion. It is unlikely that we will ever see that kind of crash again, however, and there is a greater chance of Bitcoin have a slow and steady trend upwards than anything else right now. Seeing the value as high as it has gotten is impressive in and of itself.

     I think it is not possible because of it volatility. and we can not predict when the bitcoin will go higher and go down in some reasons. We just need to wait if bitcoin price will change. But as far as I know bitcoin price will not go down as much even though the price of it is not stable.

Try to check charts, you are missing the times that bitcoin is making some backward movement in its price. If you want to know when bitcoin price will go down, no one knows but there's an indication of it. When most of the whales starting to cash out. Bitcoin price will be down for sometime but its rise is continuous.

It's more of a bumpy ride uphill, actually. 24-hour charts would give you the clearest answer you've been asking about. It's just that the movement is more bullish than being bearish and more money is flowing into bitcoin as of this moment. When the fuel stops pouring and the price lose its momentum, see us going back to $3000 (or maybe lower) when some big guys call it quits and want to start all over again.

There are currently no other decentralized currency with this kind of support in the world, that's why for now Bitcoin has so much more to offer, $5000 is nothing compared to the time after a few more million people start using it. I think recently people started to use other coins in massive amounts to pump their prices up like ɱ and Ξ and look at Ł $86 is insane. this  pump is like the previous one, we'll go back down without a doubt.

The current trend is upward that's why you can say that it's unstoppable. And when it will go down? Obviously no one knows here. It's also unusual to think that bitcoin price will not go down. It can go down and there is always a possibility for that because price is volatile.

We can't predict what will happen in the market of bitcoin, the dumping and pumping are base on the volume of bitcoin. The supply which means increasing and the demand that means pumping. As what I observed today the bitcoin fall then it easy to recover, if this continously happen the price of bitcoin will rise so high in the future. One reason is because bitcoin is become popular around the world and the increasing of the user.

Unfortunately, you're right on the money.  And if you look at trends it's time like this, when it approaches or even eclipses it's previous all-time high, or a new milestone (i.e. 3000K/4000K/5000K) when the slides happen.  People that were either in it close to the beginning, or at least jumped on board when it was in the mid-low 2000's will be looking to double-up.  Not to mention the sharks are well aware of the same trend I just pointed out, and that you are clearly aware of as well.  It's going to happen very soon.

Of course, it will climb again.  You could hold your BTC and be fine in the long run (probably, nothing is guaranteed), but those looking to maximize profits will be doing so any day now, possibly as I type this.  And I hate to sound like one of those arrogant know-it-all "I told you so" types, but I've been right so far every time these slides have been imminent, and have come in here to warn people (to some avail).

BTC-e announcing that it will only refund people up to 55% of their holdings doesn't exactly help in the confidence department either.  The fact is any other exchange could pull the same act, place the blame elsewhere when really it's them cashing in and screwing over customers.  Unfortunately this is an achillies heel of the currency.  People need to start investing in Trezors and the likes and only keep their currency there.  This will help curtail these abuses and help toward instilling more confidence in the currency via peace of mind.

I'm going to wait a bit until I see either a stabilization period, or a drop.  Believe it or not volatility is a good thing for the currency right now.  It's at it's best when it's going up a lot one day, then maybe down a bunch the next, then up again... over time it goes up more than it goes down and we see steady growth.  It's when the growth stops and the price stabilizes for several days/a week that's usually a precursor to a decline.  I believe there will come a day when the currency hits 5 figures and have stability (being a good thing), but that time is not yet upon us.  

As I've said many times, I don't say this to scare or deter people, as I have a good bit of resources invested myself.  I wish it would  just keep climbing and climbing but I know too much to believe that will happen.  I'm saying this to prepare people in here so that they can maximize profits, and help them to decide when is a good time to get in and get out... and then back in again.  And right now, based on everything I see, is looking like a time to move your money elsewhere temporarily, while keeping it freed up so that you can get back in quick when it rises again.

I don't think that it'll always go up. Maybe last few months it has never go down but when we look at the past, we can see that it is possible to see go down. In some point it ll stop and go down of course then maybe little waves and stay still.

Bitcoin price I think for now will go up. The point is we can predict the market when it will be going down. Bitcoin have been going strong these days that the value is skyrocket. Moreover, bitcoin value is fluctuates everyday so we will never know its downtrend.

It can of course go down. The news about bitcoin affects it much. Generally it can be volatile in short period. But in a long period bitcoin wins.

Yes i agree.Bitcoin price is open of going down and then going up due to its value fluctuation.But i'm very glad that the current market value is skyrocket today.So just keep on holding bitcoins because for sure bitcoin will still be in its skyrocket up to these coming months and even years.

It is not going up everyday, and it is impossible to only going up, Bitcoin is a decentralized coin, when there is pumping there will be dumping, it is not possible people never sell their coin, there was huge fall down before August and few weeks before there was a correction, if you pay attention to the chart you will see Bitcoin volatility price

yup, lately it's been going up, good for everyone who have invested in bitcoin, if it's go down, not good because i just bought some and i bought it when the price is up, oh well, that's the way it is! hope it will not go down a lot.

I also observed this pattern in bitcoin that its price is constantly moving and it seems that no one cannot stop this price rally of bitcoin but for me the only thing that i think is, they are just targeting a price and if they will reach it then the whales will start to unload their supply and expect the panic selling situation where the whales will re-enter the market and buy back from the lower prices.

Yes it does, bitcoins have different value in terms of converting it into money. However, bitcoins isn't really a constant value, it could increase or decrease anytime without permission. Somehow this is a good thing for a bitcoin, so the bitcoin may balance the value of the convertion. And in addition, if bitcoin never go down, what's going to happen to the real money if the value of the bitcoin reached very very high? :D

Crazy how far and how fast Bitcoin has gone up in recent years.

Bitcoin has to be single-handedly one of the most traded and talked about investments in the last century or so. It's not quite like a stock, but much easier to understand than a business.

Buying up Bitcoin is like investing in first mover technology for a field that specializes in cryptographically secured currency, except the entire product is free to use for the entire planet of Earth. Can't complain about how "slow" the price is going up.

The best thing is that Bitcoin is as surefire of a bet as most others for the future ahead and it is one that is both open source and shared in communities like these.   :)

How did you know that? Honestly prediction for bitcoin is randomly and we do not know what will be the price of bitcoin after few months..
But i notice bitcoin movement right now is different from last year or years ago.. the movement of the price this year is really different compare before..
The movement of bitcoin right now are fast that i think bitcoin can be increase continuesly until bitcoin trends are still trending..
And i believe this coming novement to december we will see big jump of the price..

I'm not sure bitcoin prices will fall again this year, on the contrary I'm very sure bitcoin prices will continue to rise and will not fall at least until the end of this year. I have very high confidence about this, therefore I will continue to hold bitcoin and do not want to sell it now, but if in the near future bitcoin price can touch 5000 USD I will sell half bitcoin I have, by selling half bitcoin I have I will gotten a pretty good profit.

Bitcoin does look incredibly bullish right now, but the problem with that is bullish trends will eventually stop and a huge drop will occur. I do think Bitcoin will definitely reach 5000, by next week and possibly even 10,000 by the end of the year.

The whales are pumping in preparation for segwit2x and everyone is holding hard, I do expect a slow rise to 10,000 USD. Predictions for bitcoin are usually random though, so only trust yourself.

Many of holders are dropping their coins in fear of a massive dump in the next 2-3 months, yet price is growing, I know a few thing in this world and this growth is not usual, people wouldn't just invest billions on something volatile as Bitcoin, I suspect there are some higher powers involved, like some sanctioned countries unable to use the international banking system might be buying our coins at any price we sell them for, I could be wrong but I want to see what happens if all the community members having significant amounts of Bitcoin refuse to sell lower than $6000. have you ever thought about that?
I've told my sister to put some orders for $6000 3 days ago and she told me today that she'll change the price to higher than $6000 because it might reach at $6000 in a few hours and she could lose thousands of dollars if it goes beyond $6K.

Bitcoins value price continues to rise as a result of it's a secure haven from world instability. huge amounts of currency flow into Bitcoin for various reasons that embrace government management, devaluing currencies, unsure of economic stability and also the list goes on..:)

the decline in bitcoin prices is very possible, when there is bad news or news that negatively impacts the bitcoin will result in lower bitcoin prices. lately the bitcoin rises steadily because of the positive trait. yes hopefully in the future there will always be positive news for bitcoin prices to keep going up  :)

I will go down this is certain, some say that it will grow until 9000-10000 USD, some say that it will grow until 50000 USD. Everyone has an opinion. What is certain is that at some moment the price of bitcoin will go down for years and years. The sooner, the better, if it will go down next yer than we have to wait another 10 years for the price to go up.

I think your statement is a blind's way of looking at things. Yes, there is a current surge of Bitcoin price and anytime from now Bitcoin can be as high as $5,000 and can be going up from there but we have to remember that Bitcoin has a built-in mechanism for price corrections. Price corrections can happen when there would be profit taking...as of now there are already big investors with Bitcoin and they are representing money from their clients and from time to time they want to realize some returns.

Having an very optimistic view on Bitcoin is something good but don't do overdo it since you can be also be disappointed. I like your very positive view on Bitcoin though and I am sure that can be helping you in your Bitcoin journey. Hoard as much as Bitcoin as possible.  Good luck!

I hope so :)). It'll be really really bad if bitcoin price go down and stay under 3k$ or 2k$ :)) But nobody know what will happen in the future and if it affect to bitcoin price or not. What will happen when all Bitcoin in the world mined? Is it still keep increasing?

For a price that always goes up we are hard to predict as well as the price down we can not predict it. But clearly there will always be a period in which prices rise and fall. And we will not know because of the fluctuating bitcoin properties.

maybe somedays it might go down for 2 3days i guess due to market problems ! then it will go up again ! Nothing perfect 100% always

Not precisely mate because sometimes bticoin lowers value it cannot be helped but almost everytime goes up because almost everyday many investors have come to try bitcoin about an $ 100m+ everyday its not  surprising if the btc will go so much up becausen of its charisma and easy business

You could look at the price history of bitcoin ,And also investors would take their profit when they want to so there would always be a time that the price would drop off.

One thing is for surety that bitcoin prices will never go down. There might be slight dip in price due to any unfortunate incident but the mostly trend is upwards. And as for your question of future of fiat, the end of fiat is already started and it is just about time when digitial currecny will completely take over the Local paper currency.

This is a pretty strong retrace. Down almost 10% from the peak of $5000.
It is inevitable that we have some drops in the price; otherwise it would seem like a rigged asset class.  :)

Actually the price of Bitcoin raise up recently just by trader or new investor are fearing missing out buying it.
Therefore, it accidentally created situation Bitcoin go to the moon while other altcoin increase too, like Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic in past days.

You can't say that Bitcoin price will never go down because price corrections and dumps are inevitable, Bitcoin is volatile by nature. But I don't expect to see some extreme dumps, think that Bitcoin is over such scenario because with time it has become much more resilient.

Acting realistic on the market is the only way not to get harmed with this kind of crashes. If we get hypnothized by high price, we can make lots of mistakes. Imagine you bought bitcoin around $5000, this would cost you too much now.

At the present moment, it is pretty impossible for the prices to go down because all the big companies of developed countries like China, Canada, Japan, North Korea, USA, Germany etc are trading in bitcoins mostly. Almost 80 percent of bitcoins trading is done by China and it won't go down easily.

Rule 1 on cryptocurrenc market, never say "never" for bitcoin and altcoins. Whales are the market makers, and if they decided to make prices upside down, they will do this for sure. We can't prevent this from happenning.

Yesterday or today early morning bitcoin price was touched 5000$ but after few hours price was dropped to around 4555$ so we cant judge (correct judge) bitcoins price. Its better to move with bitcoin.

Well, compared to the initial price at the beggining of this year we can say that it is not probably going to go more down than before.
But yes, just as you said, bitcoin markets are too volatile right now, one day they are up 10% and the next day all altcoins are in red.
But it will always depends on the news, the chineses markets, etc, everything affects the bitcoin price.

Bitcoin is full of surprises and anything can happen in future and right now price is going higher but that doesn't mean that it will always go higher in future and there is a possibility of price crash too if we come across through any bad news so be wise in taking your decision buying or selling bitcoins.

Bitcoin price has gone down from the correction that we've seen that drove us from nearly $5000 to $4700, and again from $4700 to $4300.

The truth is that in a bubble everything seems to be going up and there is crazy profits that can be enjoyed by everyone, but as soon as something bad happens the market is extremely vulnerable and it can go downhill very quickly.

China banning ICOs will impact bitcoin negatively in the short term but i think that panic sellers will soon realise that btc is not actually what is mostly backing those ICOs but rather Ethereum, meaning that btc is likely to hold its ground quite firmly but altcoins will fall.

The price of bitcoin now decrease and we dont know what will happen in the next few hours or in the next few days if its increase the price or maybe it will decrease again. It makes sense to me now that the crash was due to the Chinese government banning ICO that's why there a lot of investors has cash out because of the fear from it. But I think we may see a price movement going north in few days when Chinese will shift from ICO dominated ETH to bitcoin. ICO has been dominated by ETH, I believed ever since they accepted it as form of investment besides bitcoin. So I speculate that bitcoin will rebound back again to $4500-$5000 once the dust has settled. However, altcoin ecosystem will be greatly affected by this new, especially ETH. It's already down to ~$300 from a high of $400 just a few days ago. Let see how this pan out, but just like I guess this is a goods for bitcoin market in the coming days.

The price will down anytime but it's depend on the situation, sometimes you see the price down only $200 but in the couple hour or a days the price will rise back, like i've said in the past actually we shouldn't care about this because what we should care is about how we take the advantages from increased and decreased price.

yes that is right that no one can surely say that bitcoin price will never down. because some time the correction take place and the price comes down temporarily and after that it start increasing. some time when there is bad news related to bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency in such situation the price of bitcoin also fell down for some time therefore it is not right to say that bitcoin price will never fell down, but still we are hopeful that we are not going to face any bad news related to bitcoin and bitcoin price will continue increasing.

Today the price has fallen low of more than $300 in a days time and the recovery of the price took place in a much lower time. We cannot assure that the price won't experience any downfall based on the price variations taking place. Price is entirely based on the market capitalization. So it too has got the chance of going low irrespective of the time period.

Price going down is normal, it's part of the market that it pumps and then dumps after it's massive demand but after a while pump wull happen again. It will just be a matter of when we will decide to use btc or not when it pumps.

Bitcoin price do go down and if you followed bitcoin price from the day you make this post you will agree with me  That bitcoin price do go down. As at first of September bitcoin price went as high as $4950 as at yesterday afternoon the price dropped to $4075 and that is a significant droped we should also try to see that bitcoin is still at infancy stage and we expect it price to keep going up for now as this will strengthen its price in future.

I do not know, talking about the issue of bitcoin prices, we can only speculate. we do not know, bitcoin prices will always go up or not I just speculate if the price will go up, but I do not know if the price will go down, but it will definitely go down.

Who knows what will happen? Bitcoin is full of unexepted surprises. Even some months ago people couldn't imagine if it would reach 1000$ but now we got nearly 5000$and that rise started from 600$. But also O want to mention that when bitcoin reached 1000$ at first, it started fall, huge fall. So who knows if there will be such surprise? Very true, at the end of it all these remain as speculations which could influence some individuals on what to do...whether the sell,buy or hold.

Price going down will happen with time, because of the demand to the supply availability. As everything happening with bitcoin is completely on a speculative approach we can't predict the future outcome of the digital currency. Fluctuations happen often, but till now every time after certain time it has resulted in a price pumping.

 I agree on that side here, price fall is really a normal thing of bitcoin economy since it actually fluctuates even before we reached this price $4500 now. Those people who doesn't invest after the big crash merely regret of not buying bitcoin that time, so personally I am not afraid of what will happen with the price. So I few months ago I decided to save bitcoin for better purpose and who knows bitcoin will strike very hard and promising as investor will be surprised in the future that bitcoin price will reach at $20 for next 1.5 years to come.

Nope, the bitcoin price can go down and the example is like yesterday. That news about china banned ico makes bitcoin price going down but the price of bitcoin already increase again back to $4,500 and it might go up again. Bitcoin price can go down if something bad happen on cryptocurrency.

I want bitcoin price to have a big dump. when i first do bitcoin, I thought having a high price is a good thing but it affects other people due to imbalance of the price. price correction is needed in this kind of stage. We need to balance bitcoin price for the sake of all people here in bitcoin. some signature campaign closing because they can't afford bitcoin anymore and people around here losing their chance to earn money.

On bitcoin price movements it is unlikely that there has never been a decline, surely accompanied by a moment of price drop. But this decline is not so drastic at this moment, bitcoin remains stable i guess, it is above than ever in last months / last years. I don't think bitcoin price will go down much more, and i think it will stay steady at altitude as time goes by than before, but it's just my predictions.

I don't understand your thinking. People can buy bitcoins even if they cost 1 million. They will not be able to buy a whole bitcoin, but you don't need a whole bitcoin to use it. There are 100 million satoshis in one bitcoin.

Exactly from the 2nd of September the price gone down and if to look on the graphic it looks just like a wave - too much people who are selling their founds on the price's new record and too much people who believe in bitcoin and expect higher records, so they actively buy bitcoin.
As I noticed such wave is normal for bitcoin, cause of it just can't raise nonstop.

Those who are not into long term investment might be panicking now. Btc are prone into ups and downs so it's normal soon it will rise and if plan to use it wait for it.

Surely in every time there will be an increase and decrease. Moreover, bitcoin is a digital currency whose price is very easily affected by various circumstances. The proof yesterday bitcoin prices had declined, but now the price of bitcoin has begun to increase again. This is clear proof that there should never be fear and panic when using bitcoin. I'm pretty sure yesterday there were a lot of people who experienced things like that, they panicked and sold the bitcoin they had.

It will be impossible if its value will not decrease. Bitcoin is volatile, so deflations are already given. Maybe, you are not only seeing the decrease on its value because the increase is bigger. But if you look at the statistics or chart of Bitcoin market value, it changes from time to time. Fluctuations are expected by all of its user because the market value of Bitcoin is dependent on the market demand, and it also changes everytime such that there'll be times that it is high or low.

The price already back to the normal again, you must not feel a worry about that. There will be a segwit update in this moneth and i was speculating about the mars of bitcoin in this month. i can say the bitcoin will be increase a lot again.

Panic situation often prevails with bitcoin. Bitcoin price sometimes go up and down it is called market correction. Bitcoin value fluctuate based on demand.
Bitcoin value is determined based on people demand, the higher the demand the more expensive, and lower the demand the lower price. 

For me i can't say that bitcoin will never go down since bitcoin is unpredictable.. we are seeing drop a bit but its recovering again and the price was increasing back and i think bitcoin will not go down below 4k since its already been break and many of us are waiting for a cheap bitcoin price so if they seen the price was decreasing expect that the price of bitcoin can be increase back again.. investors are always looking for cheap just to make more profit when the price increase they can sell a good amount of bitcoin to save a profit..

Since Bitcoin has increased significantly in value this year, a whole lot of self claimed experts have been popping up throwing around with all kinds of predictions, but they just ride the market, and that's really it.

It's an easy thing to predict the market to increase further at the time the sentiment is at an all time high level ~ where were these so called experts when the market was moving below the $1000 mark last year?

They were likely those people who never ever imagined that Bitcoin could reach current levels, because what purpose does a currency of the underworld actually offer? Because that's how they were looking at Bitcoin.

Thinkin bitcoin price will increase eventually without depending on market conditions is only wrong even though you're a long term investor. You shoul anticipate the possible upcoming effects in the market before say so.

every time to time bitcoin price always changes and it is really normal for bitcoin since their are holders who sells their profit after holding and saving the lrice will be ba k to normal as long as they gonna pumped it up they will never stick to bitcoin price but it really doesnt matter as long as they earning bitcoins

Well, about down the price of bitcoin, in my view, bitcoin not down too much like you will never see bitcoin again at $1000 or under it, it is impossible for bitcoin, now bitcoin has crossed more than it, and also bitcoin never come back under $2000. It is least price where i don't think that bitcoin come back, only some big destroy come in this world than may be something wrong with bitcoin. 

Maybe he do not know manager signature campaign can decrease our salary for balance when the price of Bitcoin increase to high price. Example: I remember in last year, Hero/Legend Member can earn 0.1 BTC/week, but check again today, just 0.025 BTC/week ::)

There is a huge possibility Bitcoin price can go down but if you're asking it when that will happen I don't think anyone can answer that as of yet. Bitcoins price had been fluctuating ever since, its goes up and it goes back down and I think there was a time when it went so far down but the following year it bounced back and recovered. If you are waiting for Bitcoin price to go down, then why not buy them at its current price now; you said so yourself that bitcoin keeps on increasing everyday.
