um, i don't see it! can you give us some examples of the coins you saw "crashing".
of course there are always a handful of altcoins that are being dumped every day. but it is not the whole market crashing. not this time.

nothing now. i have all my money in litecoin and i have been accumulating Byteball for the airdrop to get more profit out of it.

you are practically suggesting people to invest in a highly risky pump and dump market with all they own!!!

let me put it this way:
a 40% dump which is common is $40 if you invest $100 and it is $4000 if you invest $10000
so choose which amount you are more comfortable losing ;)

I really feel like there will be altcoin crash first, so bitcoin will raise in price even higher levels. To crush later then. But its early now.

It's seems all that dump is preparing BTC to conquer point 5000$.

it is just a small dump when bitcoin hit the new peak. nothing needs to be worried. Everything will be back to normal. The bigger crash will occur before the hard fork because people want to save their money and the hard fork is the threat to bitcoin right now. Remember to sell your crypto during this time, especially on October

maybe its due to the news that the Chinese government has labeled the ico illegal, its everywhere today, and several ico platform has stop the new ico

LOl, why would I sell my house and car? are you insane? even its a chance for me to buy a coins, I wont do it of course. If I want to buy a coins whether bitcoin or altcoins of course I will hold it. But for now my priority is to buy bitcoin then hold in a long term until it reach 13000$ next year, then I will sell some of my bitcoins for sure.

There's no crypto crash going on. It's just a typical weekend dump, abusing the fact that people can't send fiat money to exchanges and some investors don't pay much attentian as during working days. It happened many times before. Dump a bit, trigger stop loss orders, make a bit of sell-panic -> buy cheaper :)

You clearly don't know what a crash is.

Of a Truth buddy may the satoshi be with us.  We should sell what we have and invest into cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. I have seen many speculation that bitcoin may get to $7,000 before end of this months and this is the best time to buy bitcoin at cheap price again. Others coins that has clash especially ripple is getting pump since yesterday and I think now is the best time to invest in ripple. You can also take advantage of ethereum, litecoin and strats.

Well i wasn't expecting a crash that soon and it's not here yet. BTC will probably go a little higher before the crash so i suggest to hold a little bit longer and try to sell max you can sell.

I will buy all of the promising crypto, i will prefer to buy the coin that already in the top 30 coinmarket capitalization. Lol but i will never sell my car even my house just to buy altcoin.
Because the top 30 coinmarketcap will always be trying to make a good comeback after the price already plunged.

you maybe should wait a bit before you say, that crypto is crashing right now. Bitcoin just pulled back a little bit and i think we gonna retest the 5000$. If we see a rejection at 5000 we gonna have a great altcoin party, once the price is falling below 4500$. Lets see how this works out.

China has not made ico's illegal. They simply put out a warning to investors that they are risky. One Chinese ico site also suspended all ico's in speculation that the government will be imposing new regulations.

No, I do not think after crashing of Bitcoin, it can make other altcoin comeback on market, becasue the mentality of trader are fearing with momentum growh of Bitcoin. If have recovery on market, it just happening in short time.

I don't know why many people are saying this as a big crash. This happens almost at all the weekends so there is nothing new in it. This week Dash, monera, ETC, Ethereum, litecoin grown heavily so there might be some little correction in this.

People are cashing out to buy groceries lol thats why crypto crash on weekends , i know some of u guys put your life savings in crypto.

I really can't see a major crash happening. We're slowly reaching the point where the amount of fresh investors in crypto is getting so large, that dumps will be start being set off. Safest to just hodl promising coins instead of missing the train when it comes to the strong coins.

Spend a month checking the charts and you will see that "crashes" like this one happen often in crypto, it's just another day.

lol what crash are you talking about 4-6% downswing isn't a "crash" lol it's typical up and down we've been seeing for weeks.

You always open this kind of threads, but this is not true. After pump reality, corrections are always normal and they're expected as usual. And this is also positive for the market, because we get rid of sellers by the way and getting higher becomes easier.

Far from crash. More like a small correction. When real crash comes bitcoin itself will drop like 40% and altcoins even more. When that day comes, I will open my bags of money.

Dont know about other countries but in Finland we have had these things for years if you want to quickly buy or sell bitcoins.

That wasn't a crash at all, but don't relax guys, a real crash is ahead of us, with the fork to for a new bitcoin everyone is going to withdraw a huge portion of their money from the altcoins so they can get the free airdrop. I'm hoping to buy even more OMG when the time comes.

Yup that's a normal loss of 5-6-10% i'm pretty sure it's decent time to re-buy now, but... wait for the real downfall it's going to happen soon. Then it will be time to get some alts to your balances, wait for it, hodl it may the money be with you.

Nope, it's not crash at all.

The price went too high is a very short time and now it's in correction. The BTC will surpass the $5K limit for more than 10 mins in less than 6 months and will stays there. Alts are going with the BTC.

Well BTC hit the big 50xx and predictions were made that it would collapse after that. I reckon we'll see a large retrace, maybe of $10xx but I doubt it'll go sub $3500 again.

I do not think crypto crashed. Crypto more and more known and invested. It decreases now due to the rapid increase of BTC and usually decreases over the weekend.

Man, I'm always so over extended before these dumps start that I have nothing left to buy more! Oh well.

i think we don't have to be panic because of we are missed the good time to sell. if the price is down then its our time to increase our amount so we can expecting to make big profit when the price is increase in next day. yes i know many altcoins is down now but if we can thinking clear and we can use the chance to buy with low price then we could be a lucky guy to gain profit.

Can you provide specific details of why did you come up with this speculation or where did you read this? Because base on ongoing market capitalization the value of bitcoin is steadily up and already reach up to $4,600 dollars. I don't care of the other crypto currency because no matter how we keep it still we will going to trade it all to bitcoin. I suggest lets wait of the year end 2017  if the value decreases with big gap then maybe your speculation will going to be true. :-*

Well, somehow, panic has been a part of this "crash". It's not really a crash though, it is just dump that we have experiencing these past few weeks. A lot of people panic sell during this period, a good opportunity to buy actually. Best thing still is to hold.
