I am wondering what is the best way for an ICO with a small target to be fundraised. Is it the traditional crowdfunding or establishing a connection with investment funds like ICONOMI and Taas? The crypto investment fund ico looks already ended, i meant about that hype for the investment fund. But i've heard about the brickblock and you can try to visit in the thread and it looks to be what are you looking for the project that already mentioned in your statement.
