Due to different factors now some ICO's are inaccessible to some whether it's GEO, qualified investor restrictions or minimum amounts (just to name a few) there is a way around that  ;D

yea but avoiding that restrictions you re putting yourselft at risk becouse this is one of my red flags.
Why someone doesn't want to be honest ? Is they re paning to skam peopel and they want be away from jurisictions that can be problematic.

Most countries have laws in place to protect investors. You forgo that protection by participating in sales that explicitly ban residents of those countries. I can't stop anyone from gambling, but that's all the ICO market is especially if you're participating in banned ICOs.
