Why someone doesn't want to be honest ? Is they re paning to skam peopel and they want be away from jurisictions that can be problematic. You forgo that protection by participating in sales that explicitly ban residents of those countries. I can't stop anyone from gambling, but that's all the ICO market is especially if you're participating in banned ICOs.
