But things are not that much simple as you know now PayPal need more doc after certain number of transaction ..like ssn or other doc otherwise you will not able to do nay more transaction ..

so now not only just virtual card will work ..this will work for till certain transaction

is this safe to use a virtual credit card that created by different people ..  i don't know the process so further explanation will do.. and good luck to your service...

I assume you can help somebody in an emergency to receive paypal money but being verified by a debit card is not enough for their verification.
As the time passes,paypal can ask you to provide documents. Failing to do so causes your money stuck at paypal.
There are a lot of issues being happen if paypal does not recognise you a legal owner of an account.

I have verified Paypal with real documents still I cannot use it to transfer funds can just receive them which gets automatically transferred to bank in 3 days due to country policy, will the account provided by you get limited after I login/do some transactions?

My Account is verified through this method and it's still working perfectly, it has been more than a year since i created it,

Just because your account is verified by this method and there is no issue does not necessarily mean that it will work for everyone. The issues varies from Country to country, the amount of transactions and a whole lot of other factors.
Even if there is no issue in the beginning, at a later stage PP may ask for documents after a certain number of transactions, how do you plan to address this issue?

May I play the guessing game here for a minute? Let me think..

1. Since good things don't come for free... am I right to assume they also must be paid first before you deliver?  ::)

2. Should I guess under whose names you fully verify the PayPal accounts? Your name? Or do you have pre-verified accounts from people you know or... perhaps strangers who have no idea what happened to their identities?  ::)

3. You create a fully verified PayPal account linked to a credit card all within 10 minutes? It takes me ages to get a card alone. So I'm guessing the cards AND the PayPal accounts are pre-phished ahem I mean pre-created and you're simply selling them here. Did I guess correctly?  ::)

4. Why Skype? Why not trade transparently here where one can spot something off track? May I guess again? Your victims ahem I mean buyers must send the bitcoins first? Guessed right?  ::)
