WOTAN service is intended for data retrieval, analysis and visualization. The service automates research of markets, businesses, industries, promising niches, as well as development of business plans and financial models.
WOTAN helps save time for investors and foundations, entrepreneurs and startupers, marketing specialists and business owners.

Users can promptly research markets, devise financial models for businesses, obtain accurate analysis results
without
paying fees to contractors –research companies, consulting companies.

The service is based on the experience of a team of marketing specialists and analysts. The project founders have been working with statistics for 10 years, finding information related to highly specialized industries, assessing market and niche potential and capacity, and analyzing strategies of various companies.
The team has used its experience to automate processes and build the WOTAN service based on artificial intelligence (machine learning) and distributed computing technologies.

The service will help users:

• 9.   Get a consultation and individual support for any research directly from a relevant expert owing to the search through the network of industry analysts and consultants from all over the world.

Objectives set by the team of the WOTAN project:

• 1.   Automation of research, project potential assessment, due diligence and pre-investment analysis of startups and companies.
• 2.   Maximum completeness of information for any analysis.
• 3.   Lower cost and shorter time for analysis, without contractors and bureaucracy.

Customers can use the service having bought WOTAN's currency – tokens.
The platform's functions enable data sharing and providing expert consultations (after obtaining accreditation as an expert in a given field) for remuneration.

ICO details
Fund raising and token issue are intended to finance marketing and promotion of the analytical system WOTAN and development of the system for storage and processing of data obtained from statistics bases and other resources.
WOTAN tokens will be used to purchase ready-to-use information products created within the WOTAN system and to pay for services provided by experts and consultants participating in the WOTAN system.

The number of WOTAN tokens to be issued will total 33 million.
0.5 million WOTAN tokens (2% of the total issue) will be reserved for the bounty campaign and referral program.
6.5 million WOTAN tokens (20% of the total issue) will be reserved for the team and partners.

ICO will be two-staged.

1. Pre-ICO (September 2017)
5 million WOTAN tokens (WTN) will be sold at the pre-sale stage. Exchange rate of 1 token = $0,08.
Soft Cap = $200,000
Cap = $400,000.
Raised funds will be used for preparing the public launch of the WOTAN system, due diligence of the project, smart contract development and the marketing campaign within preparations of the ICO of the WOTAN system.

2. ICO (December 2017)
21 million WOTAN tokens (WTN) will be sold at the ICO stage. Exchange rate of 1 token = $0,48.
Soft Cap = $6,000,000.
Cap = $ 10,000,000.
Raised funds will be used for marketing and selling the system and information products in the Russian, Asian, BRICS and European markets, as well as for expanding the system's capabilities and the range of information products (reports).

Cost of a token will be fixed in BTC/ETH at the start of each stage.

We will adjust our promotion strategy for WOTAN platform and correlate it with our funding.
Actually we plan to capture Russian, European, Asian markets. The largest share of funds will be distributed to marketing and sales on these markets.
