Yes I know its a little strange, I am compiling windows wallet, we are actually running on premine mode and no bounties are getting until block 500.
Just for everybody to know, the 95% of premine will be used for a financial startup system with no risk for users. The information will be public and devs will not get that money.

So is it illegal for the project to help people send and receiving money through countries? These days not in America and Mexico, but also in China, the ICO is not allowed. so I think the project has much risks.

if you - the dev - change some stuff .. it should NEVER affect the chainparameters and the genesis block.
if you plan to do things that will change the chain - promote that BEFORE it happens.
