Title: What Does The Original Client Do?
Post by: Packman1444 on May 24, 2013, 01:43:27 AM
What exactly does the original Bitcoin client do? I noticed that the Bitcoin website says that a person can support the network simply by running the original client? How is this?

The client can run as a node in the Peer 2 Peer network that communicates the public blockchain which a record of all transactions in the bitcoin network.
