I decided not to deal with them, I think they are scammers. Look, their domain name is "cyrpto-hardware.online" instead of "crypto-hardware.online" (a definite fishing site sign), their login page is not secure (not https) and when I asked them why, the guy said "I was idiot", and stopped chatting at all. But in nowadays that all can be a scam too.
