did you make the prize on escrow ? how could we trust you and how could we check the fairness of you giveaway ?

Yeah, this needs to be in escrow especially since you are a newbie. Send it to a trusted escrow so no one will doubt your intentions.

i heard he's scamming people using this way.
if i remember it correctly,after you did it and the time comes he will never give you/winner the reward.
i found a thread about something like this in scam acussations board.
go there if you want to know it's scam or not.

i prefer to not doing this,or else someone may be give you a threat
