i wanna ask the possible cheapest mining rig for HD5850? because the vga itself already cost me $120US per pcs i intend to put 4 pcs in one mobo and is it ok if i'm using 750watt psu? coz i have one unused TIA for the reply Title: Re: How to build the cheapest mining rig for 5850 Post by: daCoops on May 24, 2013, 10:14:33 AM I would have said that if you're looking at putting 4 HD5850's into one PC, then you probably need more than a 750W power supply. With a 750W, as long as it's highly efficient, then you could probably do 2 5850's, maybe 3 if you're lucky.

At my local hardware store it is around $350 and I should get 700 KH/s (litecoin) from it.
